We are a family of four who traveled to Shimla, Kullu, and Manali from May 20th to 26th, and it was a wonderful experience. Our coordinator, Maya Sharma, was always available and incredibly helpful. Originally, our trip was planned from May 10th to 16th, but due to a flight cancellation caused by the ongoing war, we had to reschedule. Maya handled everything smoothly and didn’t charge us anything extra for the changes — something we truly appreciated. Our driver, Ashwani Kumar Choudhary, was excellent — patient, respectful, and always professional. He made sure we visited all the spots mentioned in the itinerary without any hassle. Some reviews mention concerns about drivers suggesting activity vendors, but we feel it's important to understand their side too — they stay away from their families and often sleep in the car during the entire trip. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Bharat Bookings again and I have to say a big thank you to Purvi Thakur Mam for organizing everything so beautifully. The trip was excellent and we enjoyed every bit of it. Our drivers cum guide Mr. Dawa, Mr. Pawan & Mr. Amit were very kind and guided us throughout the tour. The tea gardens are mesmerizing and the lush green beauty of the place is truly captivating. We enjoyed the Batasia Loop & Mirik sightseeing at Darjeeling. My journey with Bharat booking is 2nd time. Mr.Gaurav didn't disappointed me with his support and arrangements for the this trip also. This time I went to Darjeeling and Gangtok and Hospitality was nice in 2 places. Little Hygiene and water issues faced in Darjeeling (Rope resort ) but people over there were very humble and helpful. I had a great time and made more memories for life time.

Hello, we (Group of 24 peoples / 6 families) recently returned from a trip to Amritsar, Dalhousie and Dharmshala organized by Bharat Bookings and we are greatful for the team’s assistance and coordination (speical thanks to Miss Diya who was in regular touch with us from last 4 months and help us for alternate arrangements), but was very dissatisifed with the payment follow-up; we had committed and confirmed the schedule, yet someone from the team was chasing us as like we didn’t intend to pay. We would like to suggest the following improvements: 1) The hotel in Amritsar was disorganized on our first day, which has to be addressed as first impressions are crucial in business. 2) The drivers were cooperative, but they should recommend starting the trip at a specific time to ensure all destinations are covered on schedule. This is the most essential component in our trip, as the driver proposed times as per their convenience. 3) Recommend cleaning of Vehicles in every day which

Sharing the tour experience in Srinagar: It was the second visit to Srinagar. With our earlier experience with Bharat booking holidays during the Manali visit, we approached them as they have good connection in Himalayan region. Besides the tour operator, the tour co ordinator is truly an essential part in making a hassle free trip. We are fortunate enough to have Mr Karan Nagi as our tour co ordinator. He is very enterprising and has good knowledge about the hotels around and nearby destination. Has offered competitive prices for the properties chosen and helped in choosing between the properties based on site seeing plans. Throughout the process, he was very much patient till we finalize the plans. Upon reaching the destination also, the follow up was amazing and everywhere it was quite accommodative and it didn't require any further liaisoning with the hotel management. Bharat holidays planned our trip ( Madras Veterinary College 86 Batch ) 18 families to Guwahati, Kaziranga and Meghalaya from Oct 19th to Oct 2024 Ms. Tanu Sharma coordinated the entire trip from June 22nd. She planned every minute meticulously and provided the best services. Stay and Food in Landmark Hotels of Kaziranga, Shillong and Guwahati was excellent.
