Our trip was really nice. Sanju ji was very helpful and his behavior was excellent. He guided us well during the trip and also gave us good advice. Hotel, food and other arrangements were also good. Overall, we enjoyed the trip a lot and are happy with the service.

We are a family of four who traveled to Shimla, Kullu, and Manali from May 20th to 26th, and it was a wonderful experience. Our coordinator, Maya Sharma, was always available and incredibly helpful. Originally, our trip was planned from May 10th to 16th, but due to a flight cancellation caused by the ongoing war, we had to reschedule. Maya handled everything smoothly and didn’t charge us anything extra for the changes — something we truly appreciated. Our driver, Ashwani Kumar Choudhary, was excellent — patient, respectful, and always professional. He made sure we visited all the spots mentioned in the itinerary without any hassle. Some reviews mention concerns about drivers suggesting activity vendors, but we feel it's important to understand their side too — they stay away from their families and often sleep in the car during the entire trip. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Bharat Bookings again and I have to say a big thank you to Purvi Thakur Mam for organizing everything so beautifully. The trip was excellent and we enjoyed every bit of it. Our drivers cum guide Mr. Dawa, Mr. Pawan & Mr. Amit were very kind and guided us throughout the tour. The tea gardens are mesmerizing and the lush green beauty of the place is truly captivating. We enjoyed the Batasia Loop & Mirik sightseeing at Darjeeling. My journey with Bharat booking is 2nd time. Mr.Gaurav didn't disappointed me with his support and arrangements for the this trip also. This time I went to Darjeeling and Gangtok and Hospitality was nice in 2 places. Little Hygiene and water issues faced in Darjeeling (Rope resort ) but people over there were very humble and helpful. I had a great time and made more memories for life time.

A proper system for communication and verification would help prevent such issues and ensure a smoother experience for travelers. I want to thank Tanya Shetty and Bharatbooking.com that they made my Mansuri's 4 -day 3 night program. From Noida gave a very decent and skillful driver with a KIA carens car. Gave the super deluxe room of the magnificent hotel Wild Wood in Mansuri. The hotel was very clean, the room was excellent and all facilitated. Breakfast and Dinner was fantastic. Hotel's Employee was very co operative. Pick and Drop Facility was also very good. Overall it was a Worthy Tour
