We had a truly wonderful and spiritually enriching 9-day experience in India with a tour package thoughtfully designed by Bharatbooking, covering Kashi, Ayodhya, Kanchipuram, Kanipakam, Tirupati, and Srikalahasti. Our heartfelt thanks to Dinesh Thakur, whose patience, attentiveness, and genuine care made this journey exceptional. He listened carefully to our requirements and designed an itinerary perfectly suited to our family’s needs. Traveling with our two children (aged 13 and 7) on a pilgrimage with multiple temple visits could easily have been tiring, but thanks to the excellent planning, the journey felt calm, well-paced, and deeply fulfilling. Each day was beautifully balanced between devotion and rest, allowing even our children to enjoy and appreciate the spiritual experience. The accommodations were comfortable, hygienic, and well suited for a family pilgrimage, adding a sense of ease and quiet luxury to our journey. We were especially blessed with wonderful drivers
Hello Madam, This is Ketan Shet. I had booked my office staff tour to Udaipur through your company and would like to share my feedback for the same. The cab service provided was excellent. The vehicle was neat and clean, the driver was polite and punctual, and the journey was safe and smooth. We are satisfied with the cab service and would definitely recommend it to others. Regarding hotels: The first hotel, Hotel Vishnupriya, was very good. The services and amenities provided were excellent, and our stay there was comfortable. However, our experience at Hotel Yois was not satisfactory. The quality of rooms, services, and amenities were below expectations. Additionally, the hotel representative did not resolve our issues properly. I kindly request you to consider removing this hotel from your booking list to avoid inconvenience to future guests. Dear Team Bharat Booking Holiday, My name is Vinod Patel. Thank you for the tour package you provided to us. Overall, the tour was very good and we had a pleasant experience. However, I would like to share a few points for your improvement: In Shimla, the breakfast provided (Poori Bhaji) was very oily. It would be better to offer an alternative breakfast option instead. In Manali, the sightseeing at Van Vihar should ideally not be included in the package. In Kullu, the sightseeing was not properly arranged. The driver only pointed out Kullu while the vehicle was moving and mentioned that this was the sightseeing, which was disappointing. These two sightseeing points included in the tour package were not satisfactory. I kindly request you to replace them with better sightseeing options in future packages. Me and my friend two ladies recently visited Uttarakhand. Mussoorie it's a nice place to visit and we are grateful for the services offered by Bharat booking.com. However the driver was in coperative always scolding us if we want to visit places which is within the itinerary provided by the company. He always wanted to visit the place which he has already seen. Even the driver hasn't seen those places it seems and always complaining. We felt like we have spent all the money just to see whatever the driver has seen as if we are spending his money always scolding us. What a horrible experience. The place is worth the visiting tourist destination. And one thing always make the itinerary All Religion Friendly because even people from other religions also would love to visit the tourist destination like Mussoorie and Shimla.
Had a great stay at Kullu Manali Inn. Hotel Food was nice, staff and service were excellent, and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was perfect — thank you for your excellent service in Manali
This is third time with BBH and it was Kinnaur & Spiti tour. From first day of this tour Yamini maam helped us very carefully, hotels of Sangla,Kalpa,Kaza and Manali are so great. Their hospitality,food quality and location of the hotels very good.But hotel of Tabo is very bad(location , hospitality and food).This type of hotel is not expected from BBH.Their is also huge no. of complain against driver.Driver is main guide of a memorable tour, but driver of this tour was misguide us every day and every day he tried to understand that BBH is nothing, only driver is everything. I think he is not a proffessional tour driver, which is not expected from BBH. Driver of Kerala tour and Shimla Manali tour were nice.Overall experience of this tour great. Arrangement and hospitality of BBH great, except only driver.Specially I talked about Yamini maam, she is very helpful. I've booked a package for Ayodhya & Varanasi trip for the 1st time in Bharat Booking. The services provided are excellent. The accommodation, food are outstanding, but the hotel they have booked in Varanasi has very small and congested rooms. The driver was very well behaved, honest and co operative. Overall it was a nice experience with the services of bharat bookings. Thank you for making my holidays special. I rate it 9.5/10.
Shwetha Thakur was extremely helpful from day one and provided me with the best quote possible, and worked tirelessly. The driver assigned for our trip was excellent! This is second time with BBH and this Kerala package was awesome.Hotel quality and their staff behaviour fantastic.Yamini ma'am of BBH very helpful.Great location of hotel At Wood Resort and hotel Moonlight help us to enjoy the nature.Driver Anandu is very helpful and nice also.
