Arrival and sightseeing (1 Night)

Upon arrival at Jodhpur station, our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taking to your Hotel. Reach in Hotel, check into the Hotel, after fresh up visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, which is amongst the biggest forts of the country. Also, visit the calming Jaswant Thada in the periphery, which is a cenotaph which was built by King Sardar Singh in the memory of King Jaswant Singh. Later, head to visit the amazing Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum, which is housed in the marvelous hotel - Umaid Bhawan Palace. Later, go shopping at the local markets of the city before heading back to the hotel. Later escort back to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 2 / (Jaisalmer)
Off to Jaisalmer and its attractions (1 Night)

After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel of Jodhpur. Today you will be taking to Jaisalmer from Jodhpur. Reach in Jaisalmer, check into the hotel, have some rest. Later visit the Sonar Quila. In the evening, enjoy some relaxing time at Gadisar Lake. Later you will be escort back to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Jaisalmer.

A remarkable day of sightseeing and fun at the desert (1 Night)

Begin your day with a healthy breakfast. Today you will be taking a day tour of Jaisalmer. Now, enjoy visits to Bada Bagh and Lodurva - abandoned village of Kuldhara and Khaba Fort. Now, get ready for a trip to Thar Desert as you proceed to the expansive sand dunes. By the evening, you will reach Sam Sand Dunes, where a lovely sunset will welcome you. Do not miss out on an exciting Camel Safari. At night, gorge on scrumptious dinner at the camp, followed by soothing folk music and dance. Later you will be escort back to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Jaisalmer.

Explore the city hotspots and departure (1 Night)

After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel of Jaisalmer. Today before your departure you will be visiting to Patwon ki Haveli, Salim Singh Haveli, and Thar Heritage Museum. After this you will be escort back to your destination, our representative will take you to station for a drop.

Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
