Day 1 / (Manali )
Delhi – Manali (Overnight Journey) (1 Night)

Start your wonderful journey to Manali - Lahul Spiti by boarding the Volvo from Delhi Volvo pick up point (Guests are requested to report at scheduled time). Overnight Journey will be by Volvo. Day 2 / (Sissu)
Manali– Solang Valley –Atal Tunnel – Sisu (1 Night)

Upon reaching Manali Stop, our team will greet you and transfer you to the Sissu (Lahul valley) enroute visit Solang valley and enjoy breathtaking views while road journey to Atal tunnel. Visit the Atal tunnel, world’s longest highway tunnel above 10,000ft from sea level. Traverse this modern tunnel to find out that you had entered from the green Manali side and have come out to a barren land of Lahul. After crossing Chandra bridge above Chandra River, the tributary of Chenab River. Sisu is famous for Sisu waterfall and lake. Upon arrival at Sissu, check-in into the pre-booked hotel and have some rest. At night have a dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Sissu.

Day 3 / (Kaza )
Manali to Kaza (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Sissu’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Sissu. Today you will be transferred to Kaza. Start to gain altitude towards the Lahul and Spiti Valley after crossing Kunzum pass (gateway to Spiti.) en route we will enter the first village of Spiti, Losar. Then you will drive to Kaza. Kaza is the headquarters of the Spiti region. Spiti is part of the District of Lahul & Spiti. Upon arrival at Kaza, check-in into the pre-booked hotel and have some rest. At night have a dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Kaza.

Day 4 / (Kaza )
Kaza Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Kaza's hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Kaza Local sightseeing. Visit the Ki Monastery which is believed to be built by Dromton (1008 - 64 AD). Thereafter we head on for Kibber Village and Kibber Sanctuary where you can spot Blue Sheep and Ibex. Our last spot will be Komic Village which is the highest village in Asia, located at a height of 18,000 feet above sea level. The beauty of this place cannot be described in words; it can only be felt and experienced with naked eyes. After a spectacular sightseeing, by evening you will be escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Kaza.

Kaza – Kunzum Pass – Chandertaal (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Kaza’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Kaza. Today you will be taking to Chandertaal. Proceed towards Kunzum pass Kunzum Pass is one of the highest motorable passes across the Kunzum range at an altitude of 4551 meters and serves as an entrance pass to the Spiti valley from Lahul. Goddess Kunzum (Durga/Parvati) resides in a temple on the Kunzum top and keeps guard over the pass and wards of the evil. Upon arrival at Chandertaal, check-in into the pre-booked camp and have some rest. At night have a dinner and stay overnight at the camp of Chandertaal.

Chandertaal – Manali via Atal Tunnel (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Chandertaal’s camp then proceeds to Manali via Atal Tunnel. On the way take a short halt at Atal Tunnel and Solang Valley. Upon arrival at Manali, check-in into the pre-booked hotel and have some rest. At night have a dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Manali.

Delhi Departure (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at Manali’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Manali. Today you will be taking back to Delhi departure. As per the instructed time report at Manali private Volvo stand & return to Delhi with best of memories.

Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.

  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
