Arrival (1 Night)

Upon arrival at IXB/NJP/Siliguri our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taking to your Hotel. Reach in hotel, check into the hotel and have some rest. Have the evening to yourself. Check out your beautiful surroundings, have a fine romantic meal at a cozy little cafe and try local North-Eastern cuisines, take a stroll amidst the tingling mountain air, hand in hand, or simply relax in the cool environment. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Gangtok.

Day 2 / (Lachung)
Gangtok – Lachung (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Gangtok’s hotel then check out from the hotel. Today you will be taking to Lachung. Reach in Lachung, check into the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Lachung.

Day 3 / (Gangtok)
Lachung – Yumthang – Gangtok (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Lachung’s hotel then check out from the hotel. Today you will be taking to Yumthang then to Gangtok. Early Morning, drive to Yumthang Valley (11,800 ft. Known as Valley of Flowers). Reach in Gangtok, check into the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel. Zero point (Yumesamdong) 16,000 ft is not included in the package and is directly payable on the spot, if done.

Day 4 / (Gangtok)
Excursion of Tsomgo Lake with Baba Mandir (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Gangtok’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Tsomgo Lake with Baba Mandir. Drive to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 Kms one way from Gangtok city. By evening you will escort back to hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Gangtok. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.)

Gangtok Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Gangtok’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to local sightseeing of Darjeeling. Visit the Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours). By evening you will escort back to hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Gangtok.

Pelling Sightseeing (1 Night)

By evening you will escort back to hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Pelling.

  • MAP Meal Plan – 7 Breakfasts & 7 Dinners (Same as number of nights).
  • Stay for 7 Nights on double occupancy (2 Adults Sharing 1 Room base categories).
  • All applicable taxes except GST.

  • Monument Entrance Fees & Camera Fees.
  • Personal Expenses like Laundry, Shopping, telephone bills, tips etc.
  • Flights, Trains, Ferries etc.
  • Additional sightseeing.
  • Any personal expenses/specifications not mentioned above.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
