Day 1 / (Vijayawada)

Arrival – Vijayawada – Amaravati (1 Night)

Arrive at Vijayawada Airport/Railway Station and meet our representative. Proceed towards Amaravati, an important Buddhist and spiritual destination of Andhra Pradesh. Visit Amaralingeswara Temple and explore the nearby attractions. Later, return to Vijayawada and visit the famous Kanaka Durga Temple, subject to temple timings. Spend the evening at leisure.

Vijayawada – Srisailam (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Srisailam. Enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful Nallamala Hills and forest landscapes. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Later, visit Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Temple, one of the prominent Jyotirlinga and Shakti Peetha pilgrimage destinations.

Mahanandi – Ahobilam (1 Night)

After breakfast, visit the sacred Mahanandiswara Swamy Temple, renowned for its natural water springs and spiritual significance. Later, proceed towards Ahobilam, an important pilgrimage centre associated with Lord Narasimha. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Depending on time and local conditions, visit the nearby Ahobilam temples.

After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey towards Vijayawada. Enjoy the scenic drive through the countryside and surrounding landscapes of Andhra Pradesh. On arrival, proceed to Vijayawada Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey as per your travel schedule. **Tour ends with beautiful memories of temples, spirituality and the scenic Nallamala Hills.

Expenses caused by weather conditions, roadblocks, natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.
Any increase in government taxes, fuel prices, entrance fees or other applicable charges.
Anything not specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions.

Payment Policy

For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Process of Making Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Terms & Conditions

General Policy
Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
Documents Required
A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
