Day 1 / (Chikmagalur)

Arrive Bangalore – Chikmagalur (243 Km) 4 Hr 35 Min via NH75 (1 Night)

After breakfast, check-out the hotel and get ready to explore Chikmagalur sightseeing. Mullayanagiri is Karnataka's highest peak respectively 20 km distance from Chikmagalur. After that we move to Kemmannugundi, it is a beautiful hill station ringed by the Baba Budan Giri range with cascades, mountain streams and lush vegetation. Kemmannugundi has ornamental gardens and mountains and Valleys views. Again we shift to Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary, where over 120 species of flora spread across the land and also home to tigers, gaur, elephant, wild boar, sloth bear, black leopard, jungle cat, and jackal. Later transfer to shimoga. On arrival check-in at hotel and enjoy hotel facilities. Have your overnight stay in Shivamogga.

Chikmagalur - Shivamogga (1 Night)

After breakfast explore Shimoga sightseeing - Jog Falls & Jog falls view point, Kalathigiri Falls, and Kemmannugundi Rose Garden. Jog Falls is a major point attraction in Karnataka and it is the highest waterfalls in India. During monsoons, one can see a breathtaking view of the falls with rainbows. It is one of nature’s splendid masterpieces situated in the dense evergreen forests. Kalathigiri falls is located near river woods in Chikmagalur. It is the perfect place for nature lovers, adventure seekers and photographers. Enjoy your day at Rose Garden, like a bed of full-bloomed roses that are cultivated as well as maintained by the Horticulture Department of Karnataka. The Rock Garden is home to multitudes of flowers of various species of flora, amongst the pathways carved out of rocks here. It is an ideal spot for any nature lover to enjoy the feeling of spending an evening amongst nature and for a spectacular view of the sunset. Trekking to Z Point [Subject To Weather Condition] Later transfer to hotel and night stay.

Day 3 / (Shimoga)

Shimoga Sightseeing (1 Night)

After breakfast, check-out the hotel and start your morning with the exploring of Sakrebyle elephant camp. The camp is situated in the vicinity of River Tunga at a distance of 14 km from Shimoga. The main attraction of the camp is the interaction session allowed between the visitors and the elephants. Such a session can last for up to 2 to 3 hours. Visitors have to reach the camp early in the morning to be able to watch the elephants being bathed in the water can also watch the big animals enjoying their drink and then proceeding towards their feeding area. The place holds special attraction for kids. Elephant ride is also provided and is subject to availability. On arrival at Bangalore, you will be transferred to Railway station/Airport for your onward journey. Trip ends with the delightful memories of Chikmagalur.

Payment Policy

For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Process of Making Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Terms & Conditions

General Policy
Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
Documents Required
A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
