Arrival in Varanasi & Sarnath Pilgrimage (1 Night)

Pick-up from Varanasi Airport (VNS) or Railway Station and private transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit Sarnath, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon (Dharmachakra Pravartana). Explore Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihara, and the Sarnath Archaeological Museum (housing the Ashoka Lion Capital). In the evening, witness the grand Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat by private boat. Dinner and overnight stay in Varanasi.

Varanasi Sunrise Boat Ride & Drive to Bodhgaya (1 Night)

Early morning sunrise boat ride on the sacred Ganges River to observe morning prayers across the ghats. Return for breakfast, check out, and drive to Bodhgaya. Check in at your hotel upon arrival. Spend the evening meditating at the UNESCO World Heritage Mahabodhi Temple Complex and under the sacred Bodhi Tree. Dinner and overnight stay in Bodhgaya.

Bodhgaya Sightseeing & Excursion to Rajgir & Nalanda (1 Night)

After breakfast, full-day excursion to Rajgir and Nalanda. Visit Vulture's Peak (Griddhakuta Hill) via ropeway, Venuvana Monastery, and Vishwa Shanti Stupa in Rajgir. Proceed to Nalanda to explore the UNESCO-listed ruins of the ancient Nalanda University and museum. Return to Bodhgaya for dinner and overnight stay.

Bodhgaya to Kushinagar (1 Night)

Post breakfast, check out and drive to Kushinagar, the holy site of Buddha's Mahaparinirvana (final departure). Check in at your hotel upon arrival. Visit the Mahaparinirvana Temple (housing the 6.1-meter reclining Buddha statue), Ramabhar Stupa (cremation site of Buddha), and Matha Kuar Shrine. Dinner and overnight stay in Kushinagar.

Kushinagar – Lumbini Excursion – Gorakhpur / Drive South (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed across the Indo-Nepal border to Lumbini, Nepal (the birthplace of Lord Buddha; valid photo ID/passport required). Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Lumbini Sacred Garden, Maya Devi Temple, Ashokan Pillar, and Puskarini (Sacred Pond). In the late afternoon, drive back towards the Indian sector for check-in and stay. Dinner and overnight stay.

  • Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, camera fees, or tips.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
