Day 1 / (Delhi)
Delhi to Agra via Yamuna Expressway (230 km / 3.5–4 hrs) (1 Night)

Report at the designated Delhi pickup point (e.g., ISBT Kashmiri Gate / Dhaula Kuan / IFFCO Chowk, Gurugram) by 06:00 AM. Board your AC Volvo / Scania bus for a smooth drive along the Yamuna Expressway to Agra. Arrive at Agra Bus Stand around 10:00 AM, where our private cab driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Check in, refresh, and relax. In the afternoon, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Agra Fort, exploring its grand palaces including Jahangiri Mahal and Khas Mahal. In the evening, visit Mehtab Bagh across the Yamuna River for sunset views of the Taj Mahal.

Day 2 / (Jaipur)
Sunrise at Taj Mahal & Agra to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri (240 km / 5 hrs) (1 Night)

At 05:30 AM, head out to witness the Taj Mahal at sunrise (Note: Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays). Return to the hotel for breakfast, check out, and drive towards Jaipur. En route, stop to explore the red sandstone UNESCO World Heritage city of Fatehpur Sikri (visiting Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, and Salim Chishti's Dargah). Continue driving towards Jaipur, check into your hotel upon arrival, and spend the evening exploring local markets like Bapu Bazaar.

Full Day Jaipur Heritage & Royal Forts Tour (1 Night)

Post breakfast, head early to Amber Fort (Amer Fort) to explore the Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors), Diwan-e-Aam, and grand courtyards. Stop for photos at Jal Mahal (Water Palace) set in Man Sagar Lake. In the afternoon, visit the City Palace complex and the astronomical observatory Jantar Mantar (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Take a photo stop at the honeycombed facade of Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and enjoy shopping for traditional handicrafts, blue pottery, and silver jewelry in Johari Bazaar.

In the evening, visit Chokhi Dhani or a local heritage venue for traditional Rajasthani folk music, live dance, puppet shows, and an authentic buffet dinner.

Jaipur to Delhi Return Volvo Bus (270 km / 5–6 hrs) (1 Night)

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel. Spend the morning at leisure for shopping or cafe hopping around C-Scheme / MI Road. In the afternoon, take a private cab transfer to the Jaipur Volvo Bus Stand (Sindhi Camp / 200 Feet Bypass) to board your return AC Volvo bus back to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi by late evening.

  • Accommodation for 1 Night in Agra and 2 Nights in Jaipur in a double-sharing room.

Exclusions
  • 5% GST on the total package cost.
  • Monument entry fees, camera permits, and local guide charges.
  • Electric shuttle/rickshaw rides at Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri where commercial vehicles are restricted.
  • Lunches, mid-journey bus snacks, personal expenses, and tips.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
