Day 1 / (Delhi)
Overnight Volvo Journey from Delhi to Dehradun (1 Night)

Report at the designated Delhi pickup point (e.g., ISBT Kashmiri Gate / Majnu Ka Tilla) by 09:30 PM – 10:30 PM. Board your AC Volvo / Scania sleeper/seater bus for a smooth overnight journey to Dehradun (approx. 250 km / 6 hrs via Delhi-Dehradun Expressway).

Day 2 / (Mussoorie)
Dehradun Arrival & Transfer to Mussoorie Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

Arrive early morning at Dehradun ISBT, where our private cab driver will receive you and drive you uphill to Mussoorie (35 km / 1.5 hrs). Check into your hotel (standard check-in 12:00 PM; early check-in subject to availability), refresh, and relax. In the afternoon, head out to visit Kempty Falls, Company Garden, and Gun Hill via the cable car ropeway. Spend the evening strolling along Mall Road and Camel's Back Road.

Day 3 / (Mussoorie)
Mussoorie Sightseeing & Dhanaulti Excursion (1 Night)

Post breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion starting with George Everest House for panoramic views of the Doon Valley and Aglar River. Drive onwards to the serene hill station of Dhanaulti to explore Eco Park (Amber & Dhara) and Surkanda Devi Temple (accessible via a short trek or ropeway). Return to Mussoorie in the evening for leisure time along Mall Road.

Mussoorie to Rishikesh via Dehradun City Tour (85 km / 3 hrs) (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive downhill to Dehradun for a dedicated city tour. Visit the architectural landmark Forest Research Institute (FRI), the natural river cave gorge at Robber's Cave (Guchhupani), and the cave temple Tapkeshwar Mahadev. Continue driving to Rishikesh, check into your resort/hotel, and freshen up. In the evening, visit Parmarth Niketan or Triveni Ghat to witness the Ganga Aarti ceremony.

Rishikesh Sightseeing, Adventure & Temples (1 Night)

After breakfast, explore the iconic suspension bridges—Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. Visit the historic Beatles Ashram (Chaurasi Kutia) and Vashistha Gufa along the banks of the Ganges. Dedicated time is allocated in the afternoon for optional adventure activities like River Rafting (12 km / 16 km stretch), Bungee Jumping, or Zip-lining at your own expense. Return to the resort for dinner.

Rishikesh Cafe Hopping, Dehradun Transfer & Return to Delhi (1 Night)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Spend the morning visiting popular local cafes (like Little Buddha Cafe or Freedom Cafe) or shopping for souvenirs near Laxman Jhula Market. Take a private cab transfer back to Dehradun ISBT (or board directly from Rishikesh ISBT depending on Volvo booking) for your return AC Volvo bus to Delhi. Arrive back in Delhi by late evening.

  • Accommodation for 2 Nights in Mussoorie and 2 Nights in Rishikesh in a double-sharing room.

  • Toll taxes, fuel charges, state permits, parking fees, and driver allowances included.
Exclusions
  • 5% GST on the total package cost.
  • Adventure activity charges in Rishikesh (River Rafting, Bungee Jumping, Zip-line).
  • Local tax/union vehicle charges in Mussoorie where outside commercial cabs are restricted.
  • Monument entry fees, camera permits, ropeway tickets, and guide fees.
  • Lunches, mid-journey bus snacks, personal expenses, or room heater charges.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
