Delhi – Nainital (1 Night)

Report at the designated Delhi departure point and board the bus for your overnight journey to Nainital. Nainital, popularly known as the “Lake District of India,” is a charming hill station surrounded by majestic mountains, beautiful lakes, lush greenery and pleasant weather. Relax during the overnight journey and enjoy the scenic transition from the plains to the Himalayan foothills. Overnight Journey by Bus.

Day 2 / (Nainital)
Arrival In Nainital – Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

pon arrival at the Nainital bus stand, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. Standard Check-in: 12:00 Noon. Early check-in is subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges. After freshening up, proceed for Nainital local sightseeing covering: Cave Garden, Himalaya Darshan, Lover's Point, Nainital Zoo. Later, return to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

Nainital Lakes & Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed for a scenic sightseeing excursion around Nainital. Visit Naina Devi Temple, beautifully situated beside Naini Lake. Thereafter, explore the famous lakes around Nainital, including: Bhimtal Lake, Sattal Lake, Naukuchiatal Lake. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, scenic mountain landscapes and beautiful lake views. Optional boating and adventure activities can be enjoyed at the respective destinations at an additional cost. Later, return to the hotel.

Nainital – Jim Corbett (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Jim Corbett National Park. Upon arrival, check in to the resort/hotel and relax. Later, proceed for local sightseeing covering: Corbett Museum, Garjia Temple, Corbett Waterfall. Enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings and natural beauty of the region. Return to the hotel in the evening.

Corbett Safari – Nainital – Delhi (1 Night)

Start your morning with an optional Jim Corbett Jungle Safari, subject to availability, zone allocation and applicable permits. The safari offers an opportunity to explore the rich wildlife and forest landscape of the region. Safari charges and permits are not included and are payable directly by guests. After the safari, have breakfast and check out from the hotel. Proceed towards Nainital for your onward journey. Reach the designated Nainital bus boarding point and board the bus for Delhi.   • Heater charges, wherever applicable.
  • Any additional sightseeing or vehicle usage beyond the mentioned itinerary.
  • Any additional meals or services not specifically mentioned.
  • Expenses arising due to weather conditions, roadblocks, landslides, forest restrictions or other circumstances beyond operational control.
  • Any increase in transportation, fuel or government charges after booking.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned under Inclusions.
  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
