Overnight Bus Journey from Delhi to Haridwar (1 Night)

Report at ISBT Kashmiri Gate in Delhi by 10:00 PM. Board the AC Volvo / Luxury Seater Bus for an overnight journey to Haridwar (~220 km / 5–6 hours). Overnight travel on the bus.

Day 2 / (Guptkashi)

Haridwar Arrival & Drive to Guptkashi / Phata (~210 km / 7–8 hours) (1 Night)

Arrive in Haridwar early morning (~05:00 AM). Meet our local driver/representative and proceed towards Guptkashi/Phata via Rishikesh, Devprayag, and Rudraprayag. Enjoy views of the Mandakini River en route. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel/guesthouse and prepare for the Kedarnath trek. Dinner and overnight stay in Guptkashi or Phata.

Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Gaurikund – Kedarnath Dham (~30 km drive + 16 km trek) (1 Night)

Early morning drive to Sonprayag, then take the local shared shuttle to Gaurikund. Begin the 16 km trek to Kedarnath Dham (by foot, pony, doli, or pre-booked helicopter). Reach Kedarnath town by late afternoon, check in to basic lodge/ashram, and attend the evening Aarti at Kedarnath Temple. Dinner and overnight stay in Kedarnath.

Early morning Badrinath Darshan. Post breakfast, visit Mana Village—the last Indian village near the Indo-China border—covering Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Saraswati River Origin (Bhim Pul). Later, drive down to Rudraprayag/Birahi via Joshimath. Dinner and overnight stay in Rudraprayag.

Reach Haridwar by evening, witness the famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, and proceed to the bus station to board your overnight AC Volvo bus back to Delhi.

Payment Policy

For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Process of Making Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.

Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
