Vadodara – Tent City Narmada – Ahmedabad (1 Night)

Today Morning after Pick up from Vadodara Airport , Check in to Vadodara hotel and after fresh up way to visit Kevadia Colony, on reaching,visit Sardar Sarovar Dam and Selfie Point,, return to tent city and have your breakfast. In the morning, visit to Statue of Unity (Viewing Gallery tickets at own cost // Monday Closed). After complete sightseeing way to Ahmedabad, Reach Ahmedabad and check into hotel and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2 / (Rajkot)
Ahmedabad – Rajkot (215km/ 4hrs) (1 Night)

Today morning after breakfast checkout from Ahmedabad hotel and way to Rajkot, Reach Rajkot with in 4 Hrs and check into hotel and after freshup visit nearby places Kaba Gandhi No Delo , the home where Gandhi spent his childhood. It was his paternal home which today has been converted into the Gandhi Smriti, a museum that showcases his life through photographs, Prem Mandir , Nyari Dam and Lal Pari lake , Ramakrishna Ashram , Swaminarayn Temple , Shri Ranchhodas Ashram etc . Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
  • Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
  • No show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
  • In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.

  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
