Day 1 / (Goa)
Arrival Goa (1 Night)

Upon your arrival at Goa Railway Station or Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and facilitate your transfer to the pre-arranged Hotel/Resort. The evening is yours to leisurely explore the beautiful beaches, unwind at the charming shacks, and enjoy the serene atmosphere. Overnight accommodation will be provided at the hotel.

Day 2 / (Goa)
North Goa Tour (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel. Today you will be taking day to North Goa. Embark on a journey to North Goa. Explore prominent attractions, including Fort Aguada, indulge in a delightful dolphin trip (tickets at your own expense), unwind at Calangute Beach, shop in the vibrant market of Calangute, and relax at the scenic Baga Beach. If time permits, visit Anjuna Beach and experience the Snow Park (tickets at your own expense). Return to the hotel by 6 pm.

South Goa Tour (1 Night)

Explore the rich cultural heritage with visits to the Se Cathedral Church and the Basilica of Bom Jesus in Old Goa. Discover the spiritual ambiance at the Balaji Temple and Mangesh Temple. Continue the tour with stops at Panjim Church, St. Augustine Tower, and the vibrant Panjim Market. Conclude the day with a visit to the picturesque Miramar Beach and enhance your experience with a sunset boat cruise (tickets at your own expense). Return to the hotel by 6 pm.

Malvan Beach (On Sharing Basis – Bus/ Tempo Traveller / Coach) (1 Night)

Post breakfast; head out for a full day Malvan Island tour. Drive to the Coco Beach jetty and enjoy a boat ride to Malvan Island on the second day of your Goa holiday. Spot dolphins and other marine species. The Malvan Island trip is not only about the island visit but it is about the various refreshing water activities too. Once your journey starts,. Watching them twirl and twist in the blue Arabian Sea is really remarkable. The feeling when we watch it can’t be described in words. The dolphin sighting is followed by snorkeling and swimming in the mid-sea, which are exciting water sports too. Post a finger-licking barbecue lunch at the island, drive back to the jetty. Return to the hotel and spend the remaining day at leisure. Please Note: Adventure activities will be at your own risk.

  • Rate Not valid for Festival and for long weekend.

Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
