ARRIVAL IN DELHI & DELHI SIGHTSEEING (1 Night)

Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to the hotel by our representative. After fresh up visit Jama masjid , Red Fort , Shantivan , Raj Ghat , India Gate , Rashtrapati Bhawan , Connaught Place (Connaught Place is a frenetic business and financial hub, centered on a ring of colonnaded Georgian-style buildings with global chain stores, vintage cinemas, bars and Indian restaurants. ) Overnight Stay in hotel. Day 2 / (Agra)

DELHI-AGRA (204 kms. / approx. 5 hour drive) (1 Night)

After a healthy breakfast check out from the Delhi hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour of Agra, another historical and romantic city of Agra. En-route visit Sikandara - the mausoleum of Emperor Akbar. Reach in Agra, check into the hotel and have some rest. Later you will be escorting to visit the sun set Taj Mahal (On Friday it is closed and if we reached on Friday then same will be cover on next day Sun-rise visit to Taj Mahal) built by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Continue the tour visiting the Agra Fort containing the Royal presidential palaces, the Halls of Public and Private Audience and beautiful gardens. Later escort back to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Agra.

En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri - once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar & Chand Baori Step Well -The water of this massive, ornate step well from the 8th & 9th centuries was reached by 3,500 steps. Reach in Jaipur, check into the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Jaipur.

Payment Policy

For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Process of Making Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

General Policy
Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.

Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
