Day 1 / (Ahmedabad)
Arrival in Ahmedabad (1 Night)

From Ahmedabad Airport / Railway Station our representative will greet you & transfer you the pre-booked. Later we will cover some of the Top tourist attraction of Ahmedabad. This includes stepping in Gandhi Ashram City Museum, Akshardham Temple & Hathising Jain Temple. Adalaj step well is another must see destination which must not be missed during local city tour. Overnight stay will be hotel.

Day 2 / (Dwarka)
Ahmedabad – Jamnagar – Dwarka 480 Kms 9/10 Hrs (1 Night)

Enjoy a heartily meal, check out from the hotel & then we will drive off to Jamnagar Bala Hanuman Temple – A Guinness World record holder for continuous “Shri Ram, Jai Ram, Jai Ram ” Chants will be a major attraction to cover enroute. After sightseeing way to Dwarka .reach Dwarka Till 10 Or 11 evening check in to hotel and overnight stay.

Today, proceed to the sacred town of Dwarka. Visit Dwarkadeesh Temple and GomtiGhat. In the afternoon take a trip to Bet Dwarka, visit Old Temple of Krishna. The trip from Okha on the mainland to the temple is by a local boat. On the way to Bet Dwarka, visit NageshwarTemple – One of the 12th Jyotilingam of Shiva. RukminiTemple and GopiTalavReturn back to Dwarka. Overnight stay at the hotel.

In the morning depart to Porbandar (75km/1.5hrs) at Porbandar visit Kirti Mandir – A place where Gandhiji was born. Later proceed to Somnath (130km/2.5hrs) on arrival visit BhalkaTirth & SomnathTemple. Reach into the hotel and check into the pre-booked to the hotel. In the evening watch light and Sound show. The day is at leisure to laze and relax on the beach, being at the beach enjoy the amazing view of Diu beach and create the unforgettable memories for lifetime. By evening you will be escort back to the hotel, reach in hotel and have some rest. Stay overnight at the hotel of Diu.

In the afternoon Visit Gir Interpretation Zone at Devaliya. Crocodile breeding farm, Gir Information centre. Watch movie on lion at Gir Information centre in the evening. Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.

  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
