HUBLI – HAMPI (170KMS 3-4HRS) (1 Night)

Pick up from Hubli and Head towards Hampi. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. After fresh up, proceed to visit in the evening back to the hotel. Night Stay Hampi.

Day 2 / (Hampi)

HAMPI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed to Hampi sightseeing and visit Kishkinda near Hampi. The place is prominent as per the epic of Ramayana, where Lord Rama along with his brother Lakshmana approached Sugreeva at Kishkindha, seeking help to trace Sita. Here we will visit the famous Lord Hanuman temple on a hill top. Later visit Tungabhadra Dam, Virupaksha Swamy Temple, Museum, Vijaya Vittala Temple, Mahanavami Dibba, Narasimha Swamy Temple, Hazara Rama Temple, Royal Palace, and Raghunath Temple etc. Night Stay Hampi.

HAMPI - AIHOLE - PATTADAKAL – BADAMI (1 Night)

After early breakfast, proceed to Aihole A peaceful village on the banks of the Malaprabha river, Aihole is acclaimed as the cradle of Hindu temple of architecture. Among hundreds of temples, the most impressive one is the Durga temple with its semicircular apse, elevated plinth and the gallery encircling the sanctum. Lord Shiva Temple, Kontigudi temples etc., then proceed to Pattadakal. With its beautifully chiseled temples, this World Heritage site lies on the banks of Malaprabha river and bears testimony to the richness of Chalukyan Architecture. Worth visiting are the 8th century temples of Jambu Linga, Kada Siddeshvara and Galaganatha with their curvilinear sikharas or spires. Later proceed to Badami picturesquely situated at the mouth of a ravine between two rock hills, the exquisite sculptures and the Red Sand stone cliffs of Badami tell many a tale of yore. Visit Cave temples, Badami Fort, Agastya lake and Tippu's Fort. Transfer to a hotel. Night Stay Badami.

Payment Policy

For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Process of Making Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.

A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
