Day 1 / (Mussoorie)
DELHI – DEHRADUN – MUSSOORIE (1 Night)

Meet our transporter at Delhi Airport / Railway Station and proceed for Mussoorie via Dehradun Route. Dehradun hosts number of interesting attractions which we will be covering during our tour. Places to cover will be Robber's Cave and Sahastradhara Waterfalls. Resume your journey to Mussoorie and check into the pre-booked hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 2 / (Mussoorie)
MUSSOORIE LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (1 Night)

Breakfast & Fresh up will be followed by Mussoorie Local Sightseeing. The major attractions to cover will Kempty Falls, Sister’s Town, Company Garden, Gun Hill, Camel’s Back Road, Mussoorie Christ Church. Evening free to stroll on the mall road. Dinner & Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 3 / (Mussoorie)
MUSSOORIE – DHANAULTI – MUSSOORIE (1 Night)

Today morning after breakfast, proceed for an excursion trip to Dhanaulti and Mata Surkanda Devi Temple. Places to cover in Dalhauti will be eco-parks and aloo farms. These places boost of small forest patches, adventure activities and marvellous sunset views respectively. 6 Kms ahead lies one of the major shaktipeeths called Surkunda Devi. According to the “legends of Sati”, when Lord Shiva wandered with the corpse of sati, the head of her fell upon this place thus giving it a name of Surkunda. After sightseeing return to hotel for dinner and stay.

Day 4 / (Delhi)
MUSSOORIE – RISHIKESH – HARIDWAR – DELHI (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel & say goodbye to so called magical city - Mussoorie. Roads undertaken during our return journey to Delhi will be through Rishikesh & Haridwar. In Rishikesh, We will visit Laxman Jhula & Ram Jhula. In Haridwar, Har-Ki-Pauri will be the major attraction to cover. Continue your trip to Delhi for you’re onwards journey.

Inclusions
  • Pick up & drop services from Delhi Airport / Railway Station.
  • Stay for 3 Nights on double occupancy (12 to 60 Adults Sharing 4 to 20 Rooms on quad sharing base categories).
  • MAP Meal Plan – 3 Breakfasts & 3 Dinners (Same as number of nights).
  • Sightseeing will be covered according to the itinerary (Tempo/ Coach). Note & A/C will not be operated in hilly areas; still the guest wants to use AC in hilly areas, supplement cost payable directly to the driver.
  • Transfer taxes, parking, fuel & driver charges.
  • All applicable taxes except GST.
Exclusions
  • Flights, Trains, Ferries etc. 
  • Monument Entrance Fees & Camera Fees.
  • Personal Expenses - Laundry, Shopping, Telephone bills, tips etc.
  • Adventure Activities - Safari, Rides, Surfing, Paragliding etc.
  • Any Extra services - Permits, Sightseeing, Heater, Meals etc
  • Anything else not listed in above details.
  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
