Day 1 / (Delhi)
Delhi to Haridwar via Highway Drive & Evening Ganga Aarti (220 km / 4–5 hrs) (1 Night)

Report at the designated Delhi pickup point (e.g., ISBT Kashmiri Gate / Dhaula Kuan / IFFCO Chowk, Gurugram) by 06:00 AM. Board your AC Volvo / Scania bus for a comfortable drive along the Delhi–Haridwar Highway. Arrive at Haridwar Bus Stand around 11:00 AM, where our private cab driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Check in, refresh, and relax. In the afternoon, visit the hilltop Mansi Devi Temple and Chandi Devi Temple (accessible via ropeway or foot trek). In the evening, head down to Har Ki Pauri to witness the sacred Ganga Aarti ceremony along the riverbanks.

Day 2 / (Mussoorie)
Haridwar to Rishikesh Sightseeing & Transfer to Mussoorie (100 km / 3.5 hrs) (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and take a short drive to the yoga capital, Rishikesh (30 km / 1 hr). Visit the iconic suspension bridges—Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula, explore Geeta Bhawan, and visit the historic Beatles Ashram (Chaurasi Kutia). Enjoy some time along the Ganges riverfront or explore local riverside cafes near Laxman Jhula. In the afternoon, embark on a scenic mountain drive uphill to Mussoorie (70 km / 2.5 hrs). Check into your hotel upon arrival, freshen up, and spend the evening strolling along Mall Road and Camel's Back Road.

Mussoorie Heritage Sightseeing & Dhanaulti Excursion (1 Night)

Post breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour starting with Company Garden and George Everest House for panoramic views of the Doon Valley. Drive onwards to the serene hill town of Dhanaulti to explore Eco Park (Amber & Dhara) and the hilltop Surkanda Devi Temple (accessible via trek or ropeway). Return to Mussoorie in the evening for leisure time and souvenir shopping along Mall Road.

Mussoorie Local Attractions & Dehradun City Sightseeing (1 Night)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Visit Kempty Falls and ride the cable car ropeway to Gun Hill for views of the Himalayan ranges. Drive downhill towards Dehradun (35 km / 1.5 hrs) to explore local attractions including the natural river cave gorge at Robber's Cave (Guchhupani), Sahastradhara waterfalls, and the historic Forest Research Institute (FRI). Check into your hotel in Dehradun / Mussoorie foothill area and relax for the evening.

Dehradun / Mussoorie to Delhi Return Volvo Bus (250 km / 6–7 hrs) (1 Night)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, check out, and head to local markets or cafes for last-minute shopping. Take a private cab transfer to Dehradun ISBT / Mussoorie Bus Terminal to board your return AC Volvo / Scania bus back to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi by late evening.

  • Toll taxes, fuel charges, state permits, parking fees, and driver allowances included.
Exclusions
  • 5% GST on the total package cost.
  • Ropeway tickets for Mansa Devi, Chandi Devi, Gun Hill, or Surkanda Devi temples.
  • E-rickshaw / auto-rickshaw charges near Har Ki Pauri and Laxman Jhula pedestrian zones where commercial cabs are restricted.
  • Monument entry fees, camera permits, and guide charges.
  • Lunches, mid-journey bus snacks, personal expenses, and tips.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
