Day 1 / (Delhi)
Overnight Journey from Delhi to Jim Corbett (1 Night)

Report at ISBT Anand Vihar or the designated boarding point in Delhi by 09:30 PM. Board the AC Volvo / Luxury Seater Bus for an overnight journey to Ramnagar (Jim Corbett). Overnight travel on the bus.

Day 2 / (Jim Corbett)
Arrival in Jim Corbett & Resort Leisure (1 Night)

Arrive at Ramnagar Bus Stand early morning (~05:30 AM to 06:30 AM), where our local representative will receive you and arrange transfer to your resort. Complete early check-in formalities (subject to room availability). Spend the day at leisure enjoying resort amenities, swimming pool, or a evening walk near the Kosi River. Overnight stay and dinner included at the resort.

Morning Jungle Safari & Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

Early morning pick-up from the resort for an open Jeep Safari inside Corbett Tiger Reserve. Return to the resort for breakfast and rest. In the afternoon, proceed for local sightseeing covering Garjiya Devi Temple, Corbett Waterfall, and the historic Corbett Museum at Choti Haldwani via private local cab. Overnight stay with breakfast and dinner included at the resort.

Check-out & Overnight Return Bus to Delhi (1 Night)

Enjoy breakfast at the resort and complete check-out by 11:00 AM. Keep your luggage at the resort reception and spend free time exploring the local Ramnagar market or local cafes. In the evening (~08:00 PM - 09:00 PM), transfer to Ramnagar Bus Stand to board your AC Volvo bus for the overnight return trip to Delhi. Breakfast included.

Inclusions
  • Round-trip AC Volvo / Luxury Bus tickets (Delhi – Ramnagar – Delhi).
  • Pick-up and drop transfers between Ramnagar Bus Stand and the resort.
  • Accommodation for 2 Nights on double occupancy basis (1 Room).
  • MAP Meal Plan with 2 Breakfasts and 2 Dinners at the resort.
  • Private local car for Day 2 local sightseeing (Garjiya Temple, Corbett Waterfall, Corbett Museum).
  • All driver allowances, fuel costs, toll taxes, and parking charges for local transfers.
Exclusions
  • 5% GST tax on the final billing amount.
  • Jeep Safari forest permit and vehicle charges (unless pre-booked as an add-on).
  • Entry fees for monuments, museums, cameras, or adventure activities.
  • Personal transfers or local transport in Delhi before boarding or after drop-off.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, phone bills, alcoholic drinks, or room service.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
