Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, our executive will receive you with a warm welcome. You will be transferred to the hotel, reach in hotel, and check into the hotel. Have some rest at the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day Tour to Nagarkot with Bhaktapur (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel then check out from the hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Nagarkot with Bhaktapur. Visit the Nagarkot view via Bhaktapur Durbar Square. By evening you will be escorted back to the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 / (Kathmandu)
Day tour to Kathmandu (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel then check out from the hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Kathmandu sightseeing. Visit the Kathmandu Sightseeing covering Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Buddhanilkantha, and Swyambhunath. By evening you will be escorted back to the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel.

Payment Policy
  • According to International Packages– 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 45 Days prior to travel date will not attract cancellation charges. 
  • Cancellations charges will be applicable within 45 days of the travel journey.
  • Cancellation charges will vary from 50% - 70% of the total tour package cost.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount. i.e. 100% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
  • Requests to propone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 45 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • Final vouchers will be provided within 48hrs of confirmation.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Passport Copy
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
