Our services will start with your arrival at Jammu Railway Station. You will meet our representative/transporter who will transfer you to Katra. Reach in Katra, Check into the hotel, and have some rest. The evening is leisure time for you to spend. relax. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Katra.
Accommodation & Dinner OnlyMorning after breakfast, you will proceed towards Banganga to trek for Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan Darshan-one of the most popular pilgrimages of India Situated in the lap of Trikuta Mountains across Katra town at an altitude of around 5200 feet. This temple is located about 12 km away from katra; to visit this temple one has a pony or Travel by foot / Palkies from katra. Popular Belief holds that anybody who walks the Himalayan trail to her abode to ask for a boon rarely goes back disappointed. We will visit this temple either by traveling on foot or hiring a pony from Katra; the Mata vaishno devi Shrine is located in a cave towards the top of the Trikuta Mountains in Jammu- kashmir. There are three pindis of Mata Mahakali, Mata Mahalakshmi and Mata Mahasaraswati. This is believed to be the only place where these three devices are found in one temple as natural pindies. The yatra follows the path Mata Vaishnodevi took when fleeing from Bhairon. The cave is a real wonder to be seen and measures nearly half a kilometer in length with a 4 feet high naturally formed Shiv-lingam at the heart of the Sanctum Sanctorum.
