Day 1 / (Mumbai)
Arrival in Mumbai (1 Night)

Upon arriving at the Mumbai Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After settling in, your Mumbai exploration begins with visits to the Bandra Worli Sea Link and Bandra Reclamation, followed by the sacred Siddhi Vinayak Ganesh Temple and the iconic Haji Ali Dargah. You will then spend some peaceful time at the Worli Seaface Promenade before returning to your hotel for the night. Overnight stay will be in Mumbai.

Day 2 / (Mumbai)
Mumbai Sightseeing (1 Night)

After breakfast, you will continue discovering Mumbai’s charm. The day starts at the Gateway of India, along with an exterior view of the majestic Taj Mahal Palace Hotel and the historic CST Victoria Terminus. You will also get a chance to enjoy boating at the Gateway of India. Later, explore the lively Colaba Causeway for shopping and a short heritage walk. The journey continues with visits to Marine Drive and Girgaum Chowpatty Beach. Guests can also choose an optional full-day visit to Imagica or Essel World (tickets at extra cost). After a fulfilling day, you will return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Mumbai.

Bandra–Juhu Sightseeing (1 Night)

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, your day begins in Bandra with visits to Carters Road, Bandstand, Joggers Park, and nearby gardens. You will also get an exterior view of Mannat, the iconic bungalow of Shahrukh Khan. The tour continues with a visit to the beautiful Mount Mary Church, followed by time to explore popular street shopping areas such as Hill Road and Linking Road. In the evening, you will head towards Juhu Beach, where you can experience Mumbai’s famous pav bhaji along with refreshing gola sharbat. After enjoying the vibrant atmosphere, return to your hotel for the night. Overnight stay will be in Mumbai.

Day 4 / (Mumbai)
Mumbai to Lonavala (1 Night)

After breakfast, you will drive to the scenic hill station of Lonavala. Upon arrival, your sightseeing tour will begin with beautiful spots like Pavana Lake, Valvan Dam, Narayani Dham Temple, and Lions Point. Guests may also opt for a visit to Wet n Joy Water Park or Rajmachi Park in Khandala (additional charges apply). Later, you will check in to your hotel in Lonavala and spend the night relaxing. Overnight stay will be in Lonavala.

Departure (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards the airport or railway station for your onward journey. Your trip concludes with wonderful memories of Mumbai and Lonavala curated by Bharat Booking Holidays.

  • Welcome drink on arrival in hotel as per hotel policy and availability.

  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
  • Any Extra services - Permits, Volvo Luggage Charges, Heater, Meals etc
  • Flights, Trains, Ferries etc.
  • Anything else not listed in above details.
  • Personal Expenses - Laundry, Shopping, Telephone bills, tips etc.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
