Our transporter will warmly greet you at Bengaluru Airport/ Railway Station and transfer you to a pre-booked hotel in Mysuru. En route, take a halt in Srirangapatna. Interesting places to cover in this town will be Dariya Daulat bagh, Gumbaz, Tipu Sultan Fort and Temple. Arrive Mysuru, check in to the hotel and rest for a while. Evening proceed for a stroll in Brindavan gardens. Overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 2 / (Mysuru)

MYSURU – COORG (107 KMS / 3 Hrs Approx) (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for Mysuru sightseeing. Explore Chamundi hill, admire big bull Statue & wander around in Mysuru zoo. Later proceed to Coorg while enroute covering Tibetan Golden temple and Cauvery Nisargadhama (Entry tickets on your expenses). Upon arriving in Coorg, check into the hotel. For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Process of Making Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
