Day 1 / (Itanagar)

Arrival In Itanagar (1 Night)

Arrive at Itanagar and meet the tour representative. Transfer to the hotel and complete check-in. Later, visit the serene Gompa Buddhist Temple, offering panoramic views of Itanagar and its surrounding landscapes. In the evening, attend a brief tour briefing and meet fellow travellers.

Itanagar – Ziro – Itanagar (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Ziro Valley, home to the indigenous Apatani tribe. En route, enjoy scenic views around Potin Dam and visit Tago Nyishi Village. Continue to Ziro and explore traditional Apatani villages, experiencing their distinctive culture, traditional homes, agricultural practices and lifestyle. Later, return to Itanagar.

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Jorhat, popularly known as the tea capital of Assam. Enjoy the scenic journey through the landscapes of Assam, including views around the Kaziranga National Park region. On arrival in Jorhat, check in to the hotel and relax.

Jorhat – Majuli – Jorhat (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed towards Nimati Ghat and board a ferry to Majuli, the famous river island situated in the Brahmaputra River. Explore the island and visit Auniati Satra and Samaguri Satra, known for preserving Assamese Vaishnavite traditions, Satriya culture, traditional arts and mask-making. Later, return to Jorhat by ferry and transfer to the hotel.

Jorhat – Sivasagar – Jorhat (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sivasagar, the historic capital of the Ahom Kingdom. Visit Talatal Ghar, Rang Ghar, Shivadol, Joysagar Tank and Kareng Ghar. Explore the remarkable architecture and heritage associated with the Ahom dynasty. Later, return to Jorhat.

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Kohima, the capital of Nagaland. En route, visit Sukapha Samannay Kshetra, associated with Chaolung Sukapha and the history of the Ahom dynasty. On arrival in Kohima, visit Kohima War Cemetery, subject to operational timings, followed by the Nagaland State Museum, State Emporium and Kohima Cathedral.

Kohima – Khonoma – Kisama – Kohima (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed towards Khonoma, a historic Angami village known for its conservation initiatives and traditional way of life. Later, proceed to Kisama Naga Heritage Village, famous for showcasing the traditional architecture, customs and cultural heritage of Nagaland. Return to Kohima by evening.

Payment Policy

For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Process of Making Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Terms & Conditions

General Policy
Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.

Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
