Day 1 / (Shimla)
Delhi to Shimla (1 Night)

Overview: - If you are coming to Delhi from any other destination then we will pick you up from the Airport/ Railway Station. Otherwise we will pick you from Delhi itself and your journey to Shimla begins here. Our driver cum escort will drive you from the city plains of New-Delhi to the hilly Capital City of Himachal, Shimla. Stop on the way to have lunch and click pictures and by evening reach Shimla. Upon arrival, check-in to your pre-booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Shimla and Kuffri Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

Overview: - After a comfortable night stay and an early breakfast, head out to traverse the “Queen of Hills”. Today explore the Capital City of Himachal Pradesh. First destination to visit will be Kufri and Snow Kingdom Kufri, which is a world famous destination which attracts everyone. Here you can partake in adventure activities such as Horse-riding, Cycling, Yak-riding, Zip-lining, Tobogganing and so much more, or simply enjoy the open meadows, with majestic mountainous peaks and relax. Later head back to the main town of Shimla and cover places like Scandal Point, Ridge, Gaiety Theatre, Heritage Museum, Lakkar Bazaar, Rani Jhansi Park and Christ Church. Later, I returned to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Shimla to Delhi Departure (1 Night)

Overview: - Today after a healthy breakfast, check-out from the hotel and head back towards Delhi. You can tell us and we can further customize this package to add another day in Shimla or extend it by adding Delhi Sightseeing in the same trip. This completes your Shimla Short Escape Holiday Package with Bharat Booking Holidays with beautiful and everlasting memories. We hope that you make us a part of another journey in the future.

  • Stay for 2 Nights on Triple occupancy (30  Adults Sharing 10 Rooms base categories).
  • DJ and Bonfire once During stay.
  • MAP Meal Plan- Daily breakfast & dinner at all places (i.e. total 3 each) Starting with Dinner & ending with Breakfast on Last Day as per itinerary (Meals while bus journey are not included) 
  • Transfers & sightseeing by AC vehicle (Tempo Traveler) as per the itinerary. Note & A/C will not be operated in hilly areas; still the guest wants to use AC in hilly areas, supplement cost payable directly to the driver.
  • Transfer taxes, parking, fuel & driver charges.

  • Altal Tunnel, Sissu & Rohtang Pass on extra cost.
  • Winter 4X4 Jeep Charge Extra.In the event of snowfall causing poor or blocked road conditions, where conventional vehicles may be unable to reach the destination, it is imperative to use a 4x4 jeep for transportation. Additional charges apply for the use of a 4x4 jeep in such circumstances.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
