Arrival (1 Night)

Upon arrival at IXB/NJP/Siliguri our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taking to your Hotel. Mirik is famous for its man-made Sumendu Lake, Cardamom plantations and Tea Estates. (One can do Boating on direct payment basis in lake). Reach in hotel, check into the hotel. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Mirik.

Mirik – Darjeeling (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Mirik’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Mirik. Today you will be taking Darjeeling. Transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.) via Indo-Nepal Border (Extra vehicle charges will be applicable for Nepal Border to Pasupati Market). Reach in Darjeeling, check into the hotel. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Darjeeling.

Darjeeling Sightseeing (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Darjeeling’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Darjeeling city tour. Today you will be taking a day tour to Darjeeling city tour. Wake up early in the morning (3:30am) to witness the sunrise from Tiger Hill (2,590 meters/13 KM/45 min). On the way back, visit the famous Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop. Proceed for half day city tour around Darjeeling covering The Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday close), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Thursday close), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), outer view of Tea Garden (Chitrey) and Tenzing Rock. Drive to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 Kms one way from Gangtok city. By evening you will escort back to hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Gangtok. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.)

Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
