Day 1 / (Delhi)
Delhi to Udaipur (660 km / 12–13 hrs) | Overnight Volvo Journey (1 Night)

Report at the designated Delhi pickup point (e.g., ISBT Kashmiri Gate / Dhaula Kuan / IFFCO Chowk, Gurugram) by 06:00 PM – 07:00 PM. Board your AC Volvo / Scania Sleeper bus for an overnight journey across Rajasthan towards the City of Lakes.

Day 2 / (Udaipur)
Arrival in Udaipur & Lake City Sightseeing (1 Night)

Arrive at Udaipur Bus Stand in the morning. Our private cab driver will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. Check in around 12:00 PM (early check-in subject to room availability) and freshen up. In the afternoon, explore the magnificent City Palace complex, visit the 17th-century Jagdish Temple, and take a peaceful walk through Saheliyon Ki Bari (Courtyard of the Maidens). In the evening, enjoy a scenic boat ride on Lake Pichola to view Jag Mandir Palace during sunset.

Day 3 / (Udaipur)
Udaipur Forts, Palaces & Lake Views (1 Night)

Post breakfast, visit the historic Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace, perched on a hilltop offering panoramic views of the city's lakes and Aravalli hills. Continue to Fateh Sagar Lake and take a walk around Under the Sun Aquarium or Nehru Park. In the late afternoon, visit Bagore Ki Haveli at Gangaur Ghat for photo opportunities, and stay for the famous evening Dharohar Rajasthani folk dance and puppet show. Spend time shopping for traditional Bandhani textiles, leather journal crafts, and miniature paintings at Hathipole Market.

Day 4 / (Mount Abu)
Udaipur to Mount Abu via Hill Drive (165 km / 3–4 hrs) (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the Udaipur hotel and take a scenic drive through the Aravalli range to Mount Abu, Rajasthan’s only hill station. Check into your hotel upon arrival and refresh. In the afternoon, visit the world-famous Dilwara Jain Temples, renowned for their exquisite marble carvings. Continue to Nakki Lake for boating and stroll around the local Mall Road market. Drive up to Sunset Point in the evening for views over the valley.

Day 5 / (Mount Abu)
Mount Abu Sightseeing, Transfer to Bus Terminal & Return to Delhi (1 Night)

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit Guru Shikhar (the highest peak of the Aravalli range) and the nearby Achalgarh Fort. Head to Abu Road / Mount Abu Bus Stand by afternoon to board your return AC Volvo Sleeper bus back to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi the following morning with memorable experiences.

  • Pick-up and drop transfers from Udaipur Bus Stand and Mount Abu Bus Stand to respective hotels.
  • Accommodation for 2 Nights in Udaipur and 1 Night in Mount Abu in a double-sharing room.
  • MAP Meal Plan featuring 3 Breakfasts and 3 Dinners at hotel dining halls.
  • Intercity transfers and sightseeing via private sedan car.
  • Toll taxes, fuel charges, state permits, parking fees, and driver allowances included.
Exclusions
  • 5% GST on the total package cost.
  • Lake Pichola boat ride tickets, ropeway fees, and cultural show tickets (Bagore Ki Haveli).
  • Monument entry fees, camera permits, and guide services.
  • Lunches, mid-journey bus snacks, personal expenses, or room heater charges.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
