Day 1 / (Indore)
Arrival In Indore – Ujjain (1 Night)

On arrival at Indore Airport, drive to Ujjain and check in at the hotel. After some rest, proceed for Ujjain temple sightseeing. Visit Mahakaleshwar Temple, Sandipani Ashram, ISKCON Temple, Harsiddhi Temple, Ram Ghat, Shakti Peeth and Bade Ganesh Temple. The Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar Temple is one of the major attractions of Ujjain. Advance booking is required and it is subject to availability and temple guidelines.

Day 2 / (Ujjain)
Ujjain – Omkareshwar – Ujjain (1 Night)

After breakfast, drive to Omkareshwar, a famous Jyotirlinga pilgrimage destination in Madhya Pradesh, located on the banks of the holy Narmada River. Visit Omkareshwar Temple and Mamleshwar Temple. Guests can also enjoy an optional Narmada River boat ride, subject to availability and applicable charges. Later, return to Ujjain.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Indore Airport for your onward journey. Tour Ends with the Blessings of Mahakal.

  • Pickup from Indore Airport/Railway Station and drop at Indore Airport/Railway Station. 
  • All applicable vehicle charges including fuel, driver allowance, parking and toll taxes.

  • Airfare or railway fare. 
  • Bhasma Aarti booking/entry charges at Mahakaleshwar Temple. 
  • Temple donations, puja/seva charges and special darshan charges, if applicable. 
  • Guide and entrance fees not specifically mentioned in the inclusions. 
  • Narmada River boat ride and other optional activities. 
  • Camera/video charges wherever applicable. 
  • Porter/coolie charges. 
  • Meals other than those specified in the inclusions. 
  • Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone calls, beverages, room service, etc. 
  • Expenses arising due to natural calamities, roadblocks, delays or circumstances beyond the company's control. 
  • Any increase in taxes, fuel prices or government charges applicable after booking. 
  • Any service or expense not specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
