Day 1 / (Delhi)
Delhi – Katra (1 Night)

Begin your spiritual journey to the holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi by boarding the AC Volvo from the designated Volvo boarding point in Delhi. Guests are requested to report at the scheduled time and boarding location mentioned on their Volvo ticket. Settle into your comfortable Volvo seat and begin your overnight journey towards Katra.

Day 2 / (Katra)
Arrival In Katra – Hotel Check-In – Vaishno Devi Yatra (1 Night)

Arrive in Katra in the morning and meet our representative at the Volvo stop. Transfer to the hotel for check-in and freshening up. After completing the necessary Yatra registration formalities, proceed towards the starting point of the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. The holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi is situated in the Trikuta Hills. Devotees can undertake the pilgrimage on foot from Katra or use available paid services such as pony, palki, battery car or helicopter, subject to availability and applicable regulations. Proceed towards Vaishno Devi Bhawan for darshan and seek the blessings of Mata Rani. After completing the pilgrimage, return to Katra and relax at the hotel.

Day 3 / (Katra)
Katra – Local Excursion & Leisure (1 Night)

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed day in Katra. Depending on time, interest and local conditions, you may visit nearby pilgrimage points such as Banganga, Charan Paduka and Ardhkuwari. You can also spend some time exploring the local market and shopping for religious souvenirs. The day can also be kept at leisure for rest after the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Later, return to the hotel.

Day 4 / (Katra)
Katra – Delhi (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel as per the standard check-out time. Enjoy some free time in Katra before transferring to the designated Volvo boarding point. Board the AC Volvo for your return overnight journey to Delhi. Relax and enjoy the comfortable journey back home.

  • Pony, Palki, battery car, helicopter or other pilgrimage transportation charges.
  • Monument, temple, museum or attraction entrance fees.
  • Camera/video charges wherever applicable.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, shopping, telephone calls, tips and beverages.
  • Meals and refreshments during Volvo journeys.
  • Any additional sightseeing or vehicle usage beyond the mentioned itinerary.
  • Adventure activities and optional excursions.
  • Volvo luggage charges, if applicable.
  • Heater charges or any additional hotel services.
  • Medical expenses and travel insurance.
  • Any additional cost arising due to weather conditions, roadblocks, traffic restrictions, landslides or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any service not specifically mentioned under Inclusions.
  • 5% GST, unless specifically included in the package price.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
