Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, welcome by our guide and transfer to your hotel. Check in and free at leisure. Overnight stay In Hanoi.

Day 2 / (Halong)
Transfer to Halong & Overnight at Cruise (1 Night)

Overview After breakfast, check out from yor hotel. You will be pick up by the shuttle bus around 8AM 12.00 - Meeting at TuanChau harbour. Check in Royal Palace Cruise and you are warmly welcomed by a professional and friendly crew. 13:00 - Check-in cabin and enjoy specially prepared lunch while cruising through most beautiful parts of the magical bay with thousands of amazing limestone islands emerging from emerald water. Sailing with Royal Palace Cruise in very tranquil route, exploring the exotic beauty of the legendary Bay, a feeling in paradise will come to you. 14:30 - Keep cruising to the most beautiful parts of Halong Bay. Halong –Hanoi To Da Nang (1 Night)

Overview:- 06:00 – Take photos of sunrise, morning exercise with our Tai Chi master, a perfectly healthy way to start a new day. 07:00 – Enjoy your breakfast, coffee, tea, fruits. 07:45 – Visit Surprising Cave – the most beautiful one in Halong Bay. 09:00 – Back to Royal Palace Cruise for check-out. Keep cruising towards Ha Long Bay, passing by hundreds of islands and islets with different shapes depending on your imagination. 10:00 – Cooking class opened right on the cruise. 11:00 – Farewell lunch served on the cruise before you arrive at harbor. 12:30 – Tour ends at Tuan Chau habour. Transfer back to your hotel around 3PM Then our driver will transfer you to the airport to take the flight to Da Nang Arriva at Da Nang, welcome by our driver and transfer to your hotel to do the check in and free at leisure.

Bana Hills Visit From Da Nang (1 Night)

Overview:- 07:30-08:30 Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel, depart for Ba Na Hill through one of the most beautiful seaside streets of Central Vietnam. 09:00 Arrive in Ba Na, you will have a chance to experience the two – UNESCO - record cable system up to the top of the hill and enjoy the beautiful sight of Mo stream, Toc Tien waterfall with the impressive dazzling white spume. Sightseeing on Ba Na Hill to: Hand of the gods hold Vietnam’s Golden Bridge. L’Jardin Zone with French Architecture Building: Tinh Tâm Garden, French Stable, one hundred year-old pomelo tree, Old Villas. Linh Ung Pagoda, 27 meters Buddha Statue, Loc Uyen Garden. 11:30 From Debay station, you will get on the second cable system to move to Nui Chua Peak – the rooftop of Da nang City. Enjoy lunch. Continue the tour with Fantasy Park – one of the most modern indoor game centers of the Asia. Visit Linh Chua Linh Tu temple, enjoy a panoramic view of the whole Da Nang city and Da Nang bay through the mist in a romantic afternoon on Ba Na peak. 15:00-15:15 Go down by the cable system. Get on coach and return the city centre. 17:00 -17:30 Drop off at your hotel.

Day 5 / (Hochiminh)
Ho chi minh City tour (1 Night)

Overview:- After breakfast, check out from your hotel.then our driver will transfer you to the airport to take the flight to Hochiminh. Arrive at Tan Son Nhat, transfer to your hotel (standard check in time is 2PM) At 14.00 - 14:30 : Our Guide and car will meet you at your hotel in HCM city center and start the tour to explore HCM city. The first place to see some French colonial structures including Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Central Post Office. Then continue to visit Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of the war in April 1975. On April 30th, 1975 the Vietnam War officially ended when tank number 843 of the North Vietnamese Army crashed through the gates of what was, at the time the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. Transfer back to your hotel to do the check in and free at leisure.

Day 6 / (Hochiminh)
Mekong Delta & Cu Chi Tunnel (1 Night)

Overview:- Our guide pick you up at your hotel to go to Cu Chi Tunnel for one and half hours. The peacefully rural rice paddy scenery contains ducks and water buffalos swimming in the rivers along the side of road. You will find it hard to imagine the destructions, damage and defoliation all over the area, caused by bombing and mines, when Cu Chi was “A Free Target Zone “. The remnants you will see that Cu Chi still has her evidence to prove the fierce battleground that took place there. Afternoon: We will depart from Cu Chi to My Tho city for two hours. On the way to My Tho, we stop at restaurant to have a lunch. Upon arrival to My Tho City, The boat take you to small canal, where is the place you totally escape from the busy town. The boat cruise in the coconut trees canal takes you to a coconut island in Ben Tre. We disembark and have a walk around the village. Stop at a local family to enjoy tropical fruit, taste honey tea, honey wine and listen to Vietnamese traditional music, performance by the villagers. Continue walking on the village’s road to coconut candy shop, learn how to make candy, show some handicraft made by coconut tree. Take a walk through village with two sides there are so many kind of fruits, flowers, trees, local houses, children in Mekong delta, take your time to have nice photos and enjoy nature scenery. 17:00 – 17:30 going back Ho Chi Minh City.. 19:00 Tour ends at your hotel.

Payment Policy
  • According to International Packages– 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 45 Days prior to travel date will not attract cancellation charges. 
  • Cancellations charges will be applicable within 45 days of the travel journey.
  • Cancellation charges will vary from 50% - 70% of the total tour package cost.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount. i.e. 100% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
  • Requests to propone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 45 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • Final vouchers will be provided within 48hrs of confirmation.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
