Day Services: Stay, Dinner & Car After picking from Delhi Airport/Railway station, start your wonderful vacation to Himachal starting from Narkanda. Reach Narkanda and check-in into the pre-booked hotel for Overnight stay. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel. Shimla renowned its name as Queen of hills due to its flattering sceneries and colonial heritage which has retained its charm from British India time to till now.

DAY 4: SANGLA -KALPA (1 Night)

Day Services: Breakfast, Stay, Cab & Dinner Only Today morning after breakfast, check-out from the Hotel & drive to Kalpa – District Headquarter of Kinnar & once a favorite haunt of Lord Dalhousie. Arrive Kalpa & Check-in to the Hotel. Kalpa was known as Chini back in the days when it was the Regional Capital. Kalpa has changed little in the last 500 years. It is said that as & when Lord Dalhousie wanted to take a break from his hectic schedule in Shimla, he would come here on his Horseback. Each & every corner of Kalpa facing Jorkanden & the Kinner Kailash Peaks, considered as one of the mythical homes of Lord Shiva & by its side is a 79 foot rock formation that resembles a Shivlinga that changes the colour as the day passes & is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. Post Lunch rest in Hotel & in evening visit to Buddhist Gompa – Hu Bu Lan Kar. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 6: TABO - KAZA (47KM/2HR) (1 Night)

Day Services: Stay, cab & Dinner Only In the morning, visit the Tabo monastery, which is around 1006 years old. Post lunch, visit the Pin Valley. Later, return back to Banjara Retreat for night stay.Today, in the morning, visit the Kee Monastery. Meet the local people, observe their lifestyle and have lunch in Gette. Later, drive towards Kaza. Upon arrival, check in at the Banjara Retreat resort for overnight stay.

Day 7: KAZA LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (1 Night)

Day Services: Stay, cab & Dinner Only Morning visit the Kee monastery, 12 kms from Kaza. These centuries – old gompa is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors – and at one time also acted as a fort. It houses valuable Thangkas and offers a panoramic view of the area. Also visit the small gompa at Kibber, 9 kms further ahead. Kibber at 4205 m has the distinction of being the highest permanently inhabited village of the region. Overnight at Hotel.

Payment Policy

For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Process of Making Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
