Asspecially due to some reason my tour was reschedule she has rearranged my tour accordingly without any extra charges. She has also provided assistance during my entire trip at any time. Mr.Raman Sharma,the tour coordinator was very helpful towards helping me out how to choose the sightseeing.He customized the tour for me very nicely,thanks a lot,was very exciting your for me.Kindly improve hotel quality in Darjeeling though it was very nice hotel in Gangtok. Do not give any chances or permissions to local travel agents to ask extra money from customers,as he asked 1000 rs from me,saying vehicle assigned to me is big,it was totally unexpected,but thanks mr.Raman sharma ,i spoked with him immediately for that issue and I didn't paid anything.Excellent
