Our trip to Goa was excellent. it was a very nice experience with Bharat Booking Holidays in the entire trip. Tour package was arranged by sales executive Riya Sharma. Hello Team, I have been served by Asha and after that Yashna for Shimla and Manali tour on Dec 10-16th. We had wonderful time there. Thanks again for all the support, just wanted to bring up the bad experience with the drivers from the day 1, our driver, Anku was late to pick us from Manali bus, we informed him the time we arrive but he was 45 minutes late and we were freezing out there on the bus stop. And we went several trips with him and his driving was horrible. And Yashna couldn't communicate our requirements to driver properly as we needed a cab with rack but sent one without. And Asha promised our breakfast on first day but she missed to update that on plan so we missed it. For our trip to Shimla from Manali driver called Rishu came and he was so rude that he didn't even stopped for tea even when we requested, and he said his job was just pick and drop when we asked for sight seeing on the way. Please send drivers who can speak English for foreign travellers and please ask t
