Begin the Dubai experience with Dhow Cruise As soon as you arrive at the Dubai International Airport, our representative will give you a warm welcome at the airport and will escort you to the hotel. Unwind in your executive room and relax well to beat the jet-lag. In the evening, you will be taken to the Dhow Cruise for a unique dining experience. Capture the most breathtaking views of the nearby areas and the moonlit sky as you go along the soothing waters of the Arabian Sea. After the dhow cruise dinner, our representative will drop you back to the hotel for a good night’s sleep.

Half-day City Tour and Burj Khalifa (1 Night)

Embark on a relaxing city tour of Dubai Post breakfast at the hotel, begin the city tour of Dubai, see famous tourist places. You will cover Dubai’s major attractions in the whole day. These attractions take you through the history, culture, and traditions of Dubai. After that, you will be taken to the Burj Khalifa. Capture stunning views from the 124th floor of this iconic building. As evening draws closer, the trip starts to end. You will be guided back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Dubai Frame and Desert Safari (1 Night)

Gear up for a thrilling Desert Safari Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast, get ready for your morning tour session. You will be guided by our representative to visit the very famous Dubai Frame. Capture some pictures in the “planet’s biggest picture frame”. Post your visit to the Dubai Frame, you will be escorted for the Desert Safari. Watch the sand dunes bashing against your vehicle during this thrilling ride. You will be dropped off at Abu Dhabi and taken for sightseeing to a few attractive places. Abu Dhabi is known for its Islamic designs blending with modern architecture. Payment Policy
  • According to International Packages– 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 45 Days prior to travel date will not attract cancellation charges. 
  • Cancellations charges will be applicable within 45 days of the travel journey.
  • Cancellation charges will vary from 50% - 70% of the total tour package cost.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount. i.e. 100% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
  • Requests to propone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 45 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • Final vouchers will be provided within 48hrs of confirmation.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.

  • A valid Passport Copy
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
