Day 1 / (Bengaluru)
BENGALURU ARRIVAL + SIGHTSEEING (1 Night)

Our transporter will warmly greet you at Bengaluru Airport/ Railway Station and transfer you to pre-booked hotel in Bangalore.   Bangalore Sightseeing - Iskon Temple, Tippu Summer Palace, Visvesvaraya Museum, Cabbon Bagh, Vidhan Soudha, Lal Bagh.  Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 2 / (Chikmagalur)
BANGALORE - CHIKMAGALUR (250 KM / 5–6 HRS) (1 Night)

After breakfast, drive to Chikmagalur — the coffee land of Karnataka, En route, visit Belur & Halebidu Temples (UNESCO heritage sites). On arrival, check-in at the hotel/resort and relax. Evening Leisure time amidst coffee plantations. Overnight stay in Chikmagalur.

CHIKMAGALUR SIGHTSEEING (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing Mullayanagiri Peak (highest peak in Karnataka) Baba Budangiri Hills Jhari Waterfalls (Jeep ride to the falls) Hirekolale Lake. Evening Explore local markets or relax at the resort. Overnight stay in Chikmagalur.

After early breakfast, check out and drive to Hampi. En route, enjoy scenic countryside views. On arrival, check-in at hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay in Hampi.

HAMPI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed to Hampi sightseeing and visit Kishkinda near Hampi. The place is prominent as per the epic of Ramayana, where Lord Rama along with his brother Lakshmana approached Sugreeva at Kishkindha, seeking help to trace Sita. Here we will visit the famous Lord Hanuman temple on a hill top. Later visit Tungabhadra Dam, Virupaksha Swamy Temple, Museum, Vijaya Vittala Temple, Mahanavami Dibba, Narasimha Swamy Temple, Hazara Rama Temple, Royal Palace, and Raghunath Temple etc. Night Stay Hampi.

HAMPI - BANGALORE DEPARTURE (340 KM / 6–7 HRS) (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Bangalore. Drop at Airport / Railway Station for onward journey.

  • Rate not valid for long weekend and for festival Date.
  • Extra 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
