Day 1 / (Shillong)
Arrival (1 Night)

Upon arrival at Guwahati Railway station/ Airport, our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taking to Shillong. On the way, visit Umium Lake aka Borapani. Reach in hotel, check into the hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shillong.

Day 2 / (Cherrapunje)
Shillong – Cherrapunjee (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Shillong’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Shillong. Today you will be transferred to Cherrapunjee. You can make a stop to visit the Elephant Falls. Further, visit the breathtaking Mawkdok Dympep View Point which offers wonderful views of the V-shaped valley with sloping hills carpeted with green on both side and also viist the Nohkalikai falls and Seven Sisters’ fall to enjoy the amazing views of the waterfalls. Spend some time exploring the Mawsmai and Arwah caves famous for their fossils that can be viewed with the lit-up interiors. Reach in hotel, check into the hotel and have some rest. At night have a dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Cherrapunjee.

Day 3 / (Cherrapunje)
Trek to Double Decker Living Root Bridge (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Cherrapunji’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour for trek to Double Decker living Root Bridge. The trek to this double-decker is tough and will take approximately three hours down a very steep village path through forested areas. On the way, you will pass through four other smaller living root bridges of various shapes and sizes and a traverse across an iron cable suspension bridge hovering above 45 ft above a chasm of a roaring waterfall. The trek is hard, certainly not for the faint-hearted but the exhilarating experience is well worth it. By evening you will be escort back to hotel and have some rest. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Cherrapunjee.

Day 4 / (Cherrapunje)
Nongriat Trek (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Cherrapunji’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Nongriat trek. Proceed to Tyrna village from where you will begin your trek. Start the trek to the Double Decker Root Bridge (Nongriat) with the local guide through a beautiful trail of forests and bridges. Upon reaching the final destination, spend some time exploring around. By evening you will be escort back to hotel and have some rest. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Cherrapunjee.

Day 5 / (Shillong)
Cherrapunjee – Shillong (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Cherrapunji’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Cherrapunjee. Today you will be transferred to Shillong. Reach in Shillong, check into the hotel and have some rest. Evening is leisure time for you to spend. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shillong.

Sightseeing Tour in Shillong (1 Night)

Have a healthy breakfast at the Shillong’s hotel. Today you will b taking a day tour to Shillong sightseeing. Visit the Laitlum Canyon, which is located 23 km south of Shillong. After spending some time at the Canyon, return back to Shillong. In Shillong, visit the Don Bosco Museum to get a glimpse of the rich and multicultural lifestyles of the indigenous tribes of North East India. Later, visit the Cathedral Church, known for its stunning stained glass installations and tall arches. By evening you will be escort back to hotel and have some rest. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shillong.

Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
