Welcome to Jammu city (1 Night)

Upon arrival at Jammu railway station our executive will receive you with warm welcome. Our representative will take you to hotel, check into the hotel and have some rest. Later visit to the famous Raghunath Ji Temple, Bawe Wali Mata, Amar Palace & Museum, and Bagh. In the evening you will escort back to hotel, have the some delicious dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Jammu.

Jammu – Patnitop (109 Kms) (1 Night)

After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel. Today our representative will take you to Patnitop. You will pass through town of Udhampur and first hill resort of this Circuit, Kud (1738 m). It is picturesque town located just 6 Km s can have Tea and refreshment here. Patnitop is a famous hill resort perched on a beautiful plateau, at an altitude of 2024 meters across which the Jammu Highway passes. Check into the hotel. In the afternoon, proceed for San from Patnitop) which is a cup shaped meadow surrounded by gigantic conifers. Reach in Patnitop check into the hotel, have the dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Patnitop.

Patnitop – Pahalgam (158 Kms) (1 Night)

After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel of Patnitop. Our representative will take you to Pahalgam, which are around 5 popular hill stations for the Indian Film Industry. This place is famous for its rich scenic beauty, healthy climate, vast meadows, adventure tourism and its breathtaking views. Enjoy the view of picturesque mountains and the river ‘Lidder’ while on the way to Pahalgam. Check into the hotel in the afternoon. If time permits, Pahalgam like Betab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari by hiring a local taxi as outside tourist vehicles are not allowed there. Reach in Pahalgam and check into the hotel. Have the delicious food and stay overnight at Pahalgam hotel.

Later visit the famous Shankryacharya Temple, Mughal Gardens, Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Chashma Shahi etc. and other tourist points like Pari Mahal, Botanical Garden, and Nehru Park etc. Enjoy Shikara ride in Dal Lake. Have through Boulevard Road on the banks of Dal Lake. In the evening have the dinner in houseboat and stay overnight.

After a healthy breakfast check out from the houseboat. Check into the hotel in Srinagar. Today you will be taking a day tour to Gulmarg. Gulmarg is most famous for its scenic hill resort. You may enjoy horse riding on plush meadows. Have Gandola ride up to the peak heights of Khilanmarg for which tickets are available at J&K State Cable Car Corporation office in Gulmarg. Advance Gondola tick purchased from Tourist Reception Center (TRC), Srinagar or same may be booked online to avoid standing in long queues at ticket counters in Gulmarg. In the evening you will escort Back to hotel, have the dinner and stay overnight at Srinagar hotel.

Srinagar – Sonmarg (90 Kms) (1 Night)

Begin your day with a healthy breakfast. Today you will be taking a day tour to sonmarg. Sonmarg is situated at a distance of 85 Kms from Srinagar on the Srinagar Ganderbal (21 Kms) & Kangan (40 Kms) before reaching Sonmarg. Situated at an altitude of 2730 m, Sonmarg, which means ‘meadow of gold ‘and its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that flows through the valley abounds with trout. You may enjoy Pony ride while going to Thajiwas Glacier. In the evening you will escort back to Srinagar, have the dinner and stay overnight at Srinagar hotel.

  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks, or flight/train delays.

Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment

Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
