Welcome to Kerala transfer – Munnar (1 Night)

Upon arrival at Cochin station our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taking to hotel in Munnar. En route, visit the Spice Plantations, and the breathtakingly beautiful Valara and Cheeyappara Falls. Reach in Munnar, check into the hotel and have some rest. You have the remaining the day to spend at leisure. Relax for a couple of hours or explore the local markets for souvenirs. Later you will be escort back to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 2 / (Munnar)
Sightseeing at Munnar (1 Night)

Begin your day with a healthy breakfast. Today you will be taking to a day tour of Munnar’s sightseeing. You can Go boating in the serene waters of the expansive Matt petty Dam, visit Echo Point to hear your voice reverberate around you, marvel at the lush greenery of Nursery Garden, and click myriad images at Photo Point. Visit Eravikulam National Park – famous for Nilgiri Tahr (Wild goat), Anaimudi Peak – South India’s Highest Peak, and the Tea Museum. By evening you will be escort back to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Munnar.

Transfer to Thekkady (1 Night)

After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel of Munnar. Today you will be taking to Thekkady. Start on a scenic journey past mist capped mountains, spice plantations and open grasslands lined with spectacular waterfalls to the next destination on your tour package to Kerala - Thekkady. On arrival, check into the hotel, freshen up and relax for some time. Later, depart to enjoy a wild safari in Kerala at the Periyar Tiger Reserve. Thekkady to Alleppey (1 Night)

After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel of Thekkady. Today you will be taking to Alleppey. Leave for the charming town of Alleppey. This is the last destination of your Kerala tour itinerary. It’s a land known for its serene backwaters, swaying palm trees, and floating houseboats. On arrival, check-in at your Kerala Houseboat and have a hearty lunch as you cruise through an intricate web of canals. Get ready for a lovely overnight stay at the houseboat.

Departure from Alleppey (1 Night)

After a healthy breakfast check out from the houseboat of Alleppey. Today you will be taking to Cochin Airport for departure. Say goodbye to this serene land, putting an end to your Kerala tour package. You will be transferred to Cochin Airport Station for your journey back home.

  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
  • Flights, Trains, Ferries etc.

Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
