Day 1 / (Rishikesh)
Delhi to Haridwar & Rishikesh Transfer (240 km / 5–6 hrs) (1 Night)

Report at the designated Delhi pickup point (e.g., ISBT Kashmiri Gate / Dhaula Kuan / IFFCO Chowk, Gurugram) by 06:00 AM. Board your AC Volvo bus for a drive along the national highway toward the holy town of Haridwar. Arrive in Haridwar by 11:00 AM, where our private cab driver will receive you. Visit the sacred Har Ki Pauri ghat and the hilltop Mansa Devi Temple (accessible via cable car ropeway or foot trek). In the afternoon, take a short drive to Rishikesh (30 km / 1 hr), check into your resort/hotel, and freshen up. Spend the evening visiting Parmarth Niketan or Triveni Ghat to witness the Ganga Aarti ceremony along the riverbanks.

Day 2 / (Rishikesh)
Rishikesh Temples, Ashrams & Adventure Activities (1 Night)

Post breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Rishikesh starting with the iconic suspension bridges—Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. Explore the historic Beatles Ashram (Chaurasi Kutia), known for its transcendental meditation domes and vibrant wall art. Visit Vashistha Gufa, a ancient natural cave along the Ganges used for quiet meditation. In the afternoon, optional time is allocated for adventure activities like River Rafting (12 km / 16 km stretch from Shivpuri), Bungee Jumping, or Zip-lining at your own expense. Return to the resort in the evening for leisure time.

Riverside Cafe Hopping, Shopping & Return Volvo to Delhi (230 km / 5–6 hrs) (1 Night)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Spend the morning visiting popular local riverside cafes (like Little Buddha Cafe or Freedom Cafe) overlooking the Ganges, or shop for spiritual books, yoga wear, brass idols, and wooden handicrafts in Laxman Jhula Market. In the afternoon, take a private cab transfer to Rishikesh ISBT / Bus Terminal to board your return AC Volvo bus back to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi by late evening.

  • Intercity transfers and all local sightseeing via private sedan car.
  • Toll taxes, fuel charges, state permit fees, parking charges, and driver allowances included.
Exclusions
  • 5% GST on the total package cost.
  • Ropeway tickets for Mansa Devi Temple in Haridwar.
  • Adventure activity fees in Rishikesh (River Rafting, Bungee Jumping, Zip-line).
  • Beatles Ashram entry fee, camera permits, and guide charges.
  • Lunches, mid-journey bus snacks, personal shopping, and tips.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
