Day 1 / (Udaipur)
Udaipur Arrival (1 Night)

Meet & Greet on arrival at Udaipur Railway Station / Airport & transfer to hotel. Check-in to the hotel. In the evening take a breathtaking boat tour over the picturesque Lake Pichola (at your own cost) to admire the royal buildings around the Lake and enjoy the scenic sunset view. From the lake you have a wonderful view of the City Palace stretching along the east bank, while the south bank has pleasant gardens running down to the waterside. Overnight stay at Udaipur. Udaipur, formerly the capital of the Mewar Kingdom, is a city in the western Indian state of Rajasthan. Founded by Maharana Udai Singh II in 1559, it’s set around a series of artificial lakes and is known for its lavish royal residences. It is a tourist destination and is known for its history, culture, scenic locations and the Rajput-era palaces. It is popularly known as the "City of Lakes" because of its sophisticated lake system.

Udaipur Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

After breakfast, start your journey for Udaipur city tour. Visiting Fateh Sagar, Maharana Pratap Memorial, take a photo stop at Nehru Garden, Sehelion-KI-Bari - Queen’s resort for their friends, Sukhadia Circle (Drive Pass), Bhartiya Lok kala Museum - a museum of folk and art, it displays a rich collection of folk dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls. After that visit City Palace – The largest palace complex of Rajasthan, Jagdish Temple – built by Maharana Jagat Singh and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu & Gulab Bagh. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

Day 3 / (Mount Abu)
Udaipur to Mount Abu (1 Night)

Today after Breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed further towards Mount Abu. On arrival check into the hotel. After rest & freshens up visit Honeymoon Point, Sunset Point, Tord Rock & Nakki Lake. Overnight stay at Hotel. Mount Abu is situated at 1,722 metres above sea level amidst the lush green hills on the highest point of the Aravallis range. It was the preferred leisure destination of the ruling royal family long ago. The houses here are a blend of British style bungalows and holiday lodges of the royals, sharing space with various tribal communities residing in the forests. This eye-catching hill station is home to beautiful lakes, waterfalls and green forests. Mount Abu also houses a sanctuary where one can spot animals such as langur, sambar, wild boar and leopards.

Today after Breakfast, visit Dilwara Temples: Dilwara Jain Temple are one of the world most beautiful and sacred pilgrimage of Jains in the world, Brahma Kumari Temple, Vimala Vasahi, Anchal Garh, Ashok Vatika, Mount Abu Fort, Nakki Lake known as the country’s first man-made lake, is one of the most amazing places of interest in Mount Abu for nature lovers and couples.   • Airfare / Train fare / Volvo fare (unless specified).

  • Entry tickets to monuments, palaces, museums, and boat rides (e.g., City Palace, Lake Pichola, Sajjangarh, etc.)
  • Guide services (unless specified).
  • Travel insurance.
  • Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions.
  • Early check-in or late check-out at hotels.
  • Additional vehicle usage not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks, or flight/train delays.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
