Day - 1 ( Arrival )

City - Gangtok

Desc:- Upon arrival at IXB/NJP/Siliguri our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taking to your Hotel. Reach in hotel, check into the hotel and have some rest. Have the evening to yourself. Check out your beautiful surroundings, have a fine romantic meal at a cozy little cafe and try local North-Eastern cuisines, take a stroll amidst the tingling mountain air, hand in hand, or simply relax in the cool environment. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Gangtok.

Day - 2 ( Gangtok – Lachung )

City - Lachung

Desc:- Have a healthy breakfast at the Gangtok’s hotel then check out from the hotel. Today you will be taking to Lachung. Reach in Lachung, check into the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Lachung.

Day - 3 ( Lachung – Yumthang – Gangtok )

City - Gangtok

Desc:- Have a healthy breakfast at the Lachung’s hotel then check out from the hotel. Today you will be taking to Yumthang then to Gangtok. Early Morning, drive to Yumthang Valley (11,800 ft. Known as Valley of Flowers). Reach in Gangtok, check into the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel. Zero point (Yumesamdong) 16,000 ft is not included in the package and is directly payable on the spot, if done.

Day - 4 ( Excursion of Tsomgo Lake with Baba Mandir )

City - Gangtok

Desc:- Have a healthy breakfast at the Gangtok’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Tsomgo Lake with Baba Mandir. Drive to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 Kms one way from Gangtok city. By evening you will escort back to hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Gangtok. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.)

Desc:- Have a healthy breakfast at the Gangtok’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to local sightseeing of Darjeeling. Visit the Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours). By evening you will escort back to hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Gangtok.

(1) All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.

(2) Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.

(3) The packages offered by Bharat Booking Holidays can be customized according to guest’s wish.

(4) To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.

(4) Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.

(5) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.

(6) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.

Cancellation Policy & Terms

(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in written.

(2) Token amount is non refundable in any cases.

(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.

(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.

(4) 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or

(6) No show scenarios.

(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.

(8) Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.

(9) In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
