Day 1 / ( Dharamshala )

Delhi to Dharamshala

Arrive Delhi Railway Station/ Airport, meet our start representative & start your exotic trip to Dharamshala. Reach Dharamshala within 10 hrs and check into the hotel. Check in time will be 12:00 noon and early check-in will be subject to availability and an extra charge applies Overnight stay at hotel. Dharamshala has everything for a perfect holiday. It features tranquil Waterfalls, Out-stretched Tea gardens, and cricket stadium for sports lovers, holiness due to Dalai Lama’s presence, calm and peaceful environment.

Day 2 / ( Dharamshala )

Dharamshala and Mcleodganj Sightseeing

Today Morning after breakfast proceeds to cover Mcleodganj and Tsuglagkhang complex. It is the official residence of 14th Dalai Lama which also hosts Namgyal Gompa, Tibet museum, Mclordganj library, cafe and a souvenir shop. Other interesting places to cover in Dharamshala will be Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, St. John Church, War Memorial, Cricket Stadium and local market. Overnight stay will be at Hotel.

Day 3 / ( Dalhousie )

Dharamshala to Dalhousie and Sightseeing

Enjoy your morning meal, check out from the hotel and drive to Dalhousie. Arrive & transfer to Dalhousie hotel. Later visit local sightseeing which will cover Panchpula Waterfall and churches of St. John’s. Other interesting places to cover nearby Dalhousie will be churches St. Francis & St. Patricks, Subhash Chowk and Tibetan Market. Evening return back to the hotel and Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 4 / ( Dalhousie )

Khajjiar Day excursion

Today after heartily breakfast cover Khajjiar sightseeing (22 Kms from Dalhousie). Khajjiar is a place where one can easily spend whole day by admiring the beauty of sparkling Khajjair Lake and lush greenery surrounding it. The place is also famous with the name of “Mini Switzerland of India” due to its similar landscapes to that of Switzerland Later hit the roads to Dalhousie. Evening back to the Dalhousie. Overnight stay will be at hotel. WINTER NOTE: In Winters Due to Snow fall Khajjiar Sightseeing will be Subject to Road Conditions and as per Govt Rules & If Possible to reach via Chamba it will be Extra Chargeable on the spot.

Pick up & drop services from Delhi Airport / Railway Station to Hotel.

All transfers and sightseeing by Tempo Traveller/Coach for sightseeing & transfers as per itinerary. Note & A/C will not be operated in hilly areas; still the guest wants to use AC in hilly areas, supplement cost payable directly to the driver.

Winter 4X4 Jeep Charge Extra. In the event of snowfall causing poor or blocked road conditions, where conventional vehicles may be unable to reach the destination, it is imperative to use a 4x4 jeep for transportation. Additional charges apply for the use of a 4x4 jeep in such circumstances.

- The packages offered by Bharat Booking Holidays can be customized according to guest’s wish.
- To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
- Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
- Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
- Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
- To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.

- All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
- Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
- Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
- Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.
- 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No show scenarios.
- No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
- Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
- In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
