Delhi To Dharamshala (1 Night)

Overview: - Arrive Delhi Railway Station/ Airport, meet our start representative & start your exotic trip to Dharamshala. Reach Dharamshala within 10 hrs and check into the hotel. Check in time will be 12:00 noon and early check-in will be subject to availability and an extra charge applies Overnight stay at hotel. Dharamshala has everything for a perfect holiday. It features tranquil Waterfalls, Out-stretched Tea gardens, and cricket stadium for sports lovers, holiness due to Dalai Lama’s presence, calm and peaceful environment.

Dharamshala and Mcleodganj Sightseeing and Dalhousie Transfer (1 Night)

Overview: - Today Morning after breakfast proceeds to cover Mcleodganj and Tsuglagkhang complex. It is the official residence of 14th Dalai Lama which also hosts Namgyal Gompa, Tibet museum, Mclordganj library, cafe and a souvenir shop. Other interesting places to cover in Dharamshala will be Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, St. John Church, War Memorial, Cricket Stadium and local market. Then proceed towards Dalhousie. On arrival at Dalhousie, check in to hotel Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 / (Dalhousie)
Dalhousie Sightseeing and Khajjiar Day excursion (1 Night)

Overview: - Enjoy your morning meal, check out from the hotel and drive to Dalhousie. Arrive & transfer to Dalhousie hotel. Later visit local sightseeing which will cover Panchpula Waterfall and churches of St. John’s. Other interesting places to cover nearby Dalhousie will be churches St. Francis & St. Patricks, Subhash Chowk and Tibetan Market, Then cover Khajjiar sightseeing (22 Kms from Dalhousie). Khajjiar is a place where one can easily spend whole day by admiring the beauty of sparkling Khajjair Lake and lush greenery surrounding it. The place is also famous with the name of “Mini Switzerland of India” due to its similar landscapes to that of Switzerland Later hit the roads to Dalhousie. Evening back to the Dalhousie. Overnight stay will be at hotel.

  • Transfers & sightseeing by AC vehicle (Tempo Traveler) as per the itinerary. Note & A/C will not be operated in hilly areas; still the guest wants to use AC in hilly areas, supplement cost payable directly to the driver.

  • Winter 4X4 Jeep Charge Extra.In the event of snowfall causing poor or blocked road conditions, where conventional vehicles may be unable to reach the destination, it is imperative to use a 4x4 jeep for transportation. Additional charges apply for the use of a 4x4 jeep in such circumstances.
  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
