Our Amritsar sightseeing will start off from Golden temple which is one of the holiest Sikh Gurudwaras in India. Next place to cover will be Jallianwala Bagh where tragic massacre led by general dyer took place. Other interesting sites to cover will be Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum & ISKON Temple.Later back to hotel .Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Booking Validity of the BBH Monsoon Lucky Draw Scheme is from 10 A.M. 1st
August 2020 to 4 P.M. 31st August
2020. The lucky draw will be live telecasted on 1st September at 5 P.M. User Id and password will
be provided by us to the Participants for the same.
•Eligibility

Participant should be above 18 years of age.

Participant should a citizen of India.

Participant should not have a criminal record.

Proof of Address. ( Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driver License)

Validation : 1 Year, after Covid -19 Vaccine.

The BBH Lucky Draw Winner include two persons maximum. The winners have an
option to choose among our six fixed holiday packages.

The Non-winners will be able to customize their holiday package according to
their choice PAN India, with the token amount considered as advance fees
towards future holiday package. (After GST deduction)

The BBH Lucky Participation Criteria:
*Participation
will be based on a payment and receipt of INR 2000/- (Deluxe), INR 3000/-(Super
Deluxe), INR 5000/-(Luxury) towards BBH Lucky Draw. (Non-Refundable)
*There
will be total of 5 winners from a total of 50 Participants for each batch,
according to your voucher serial number. The draw will be the final outcome and
no changes whatsoever will be made after the live draw event.

The winners will be notified through Whatsapp/ E-mail provided by the
participants within 7 working days of the draw.
•
One can gift the winning holiday package till they fulfill the clause 2, under
eligibility criteria.
•
The participants allow and agree and grant permission in using photographs,
videos etc. for BBH promotional offers in BBH future events.
•
The Participant hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Organizer and/or any
of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers,
employees, agents responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands,
losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Participant may/might
have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by
way of and /or on account of the present Draw.

This Draw is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any
circumstance beyond the reasonable control. In case of force majeure
conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon BBH.
•
The Draw is valid subject to compliance of all formalities as required by BBH.
Any failure on the part of the Participant to comply with the specified
formalities shall disqualify the Participant.
•
The winning holiday package does not substitute to cash or any other mode of
currency.
•
In matters relating to Draw hereto, the decision of organizer shall be final
and binding in all respects.
•
Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be
applicable from time to time, arising out of free Prize, which shall be solely
borne by the winners for all the Prizes.

The decision of BBH in respect of all transactions under this Draw shall be
final and binding. BBH reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue,
prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Draw or any part thereof
including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at anytime during
it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes
by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding
on the Participant.

The Terms & Conditions are subject to laws of India and to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts at Manali, Himachal Pradesh.
