Day 1 / (Delhi)
Delhi – Dharamshala (1 Night)

Begin your memorable Himachal holiday by boarding the AC Volvo from the designated Volvo boarding point in Delhi. Guests are requested to report at the scheduled time and location mentioned on the Volvo ticket. Enjoy a comfortable overnight journey towards Dharamshala while travelling through the scenic landscapes of Himachal Pradesh.

Day 2 / (Dharamshala)
Arrival In Dharamshala – Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

Explore the peaceful surroundings of McLeod Ganj and experience its unique blend of Tibetan culture, spirituality and Himalayan charm. Visit the Tsuglagkhang Complex, associated with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, followed by Bhagsu Nag Temple and Waterfall. Later, visit St. John Church, War Memorial and the famous HPCA Cricket Stadium, subject to operational/accessibility conditions. Spend some leisure time exploring the local market.

Day 3 / (Dharamshala)
Dharamshala – Chamunda – Gopalpur – Palampur – Dharamshala (1 Night)

Begin the day with a visit to the revered Chamunda Devi Temple, an important religious site surrounded by beautiful Himalayan landscapes. Continue towards Gopalpur and enjoy a visit to the zoo, subject to its operational schedule. Later, proceed towards Palampur, famous for its lush green tea gardens and pleasant mountain scenery. Take a leisurely walk through the tea-growing region and enjoy the beautiful views of the Dhauladhar ranges. Later, return to Dharamshala.

Day 4 / (Dharamshala)
Kangra Valley Excursion – Dharamshala – Delhi (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for a day excursion to Kangra Valley. Visit the Kangra Museum to explore the region's cultural and historical heritage. Continue to the revered Mata Shri Bajreshwari Devi Temple, an important pilgrimage site. Later, visit the historic Kangra Fort, one of the region's prominent heritage attractions, known for its association with various ruling dynasties and its strategic location overlooking the Kangra Valley. After sightseeing, return to Dharamshala Volvo boarding point and board the AC Volvo for your overnight journey back to Delhi.

  • Flights, trains, ferries or any other transportation not specifically mentioned.
  • Monument, temple, museum, zoo and other attraction entrance fees.
  • Camera/video charges wherever applicable.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, shopping, telephone calls, tips and beverages.
  • Adventure activities such as paragliding, rides, trekking activities or other optional activities.
  • Any extra sightseeing or vehicle usage beyond the itinerary.
  • Volvo luggage charges, heater charges or additional services, if applicable.
  • Meals and refreshments during Volvo/bus journeys.
  • Any additional cost arising due to roadblocks, heavy snowfall, landslides, traffic restrictions or adverse weather conditions.
  • In case of heavy snowfall or restricted road conditions where a conventional vehicle cannot reach the destination, a 4x4 vehicle may be required at additional cost.
  • Any permit, service or expense not specifically mentioned under inclusions.
  • 5% GST, unless specifically included in the package price.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
