Delhi – Manali (1 Night)

Begin your exciting journey towards the picturesque mountains of Himachal Pradesh. Enjoy the comfortable overnight journey as you travel through the changing landscapes of North India. Wake up to the refreshing mountain air and beautiful Himalayan surroundings of Manali.

Day 2 / (Manali )
Arrival In Manali – Local City Sightseeing (1 Night)

After check-in and freshening up, proceed for a local sightseeing tour of Manali. Visit the revered Hadimba Devi Temple and nearby Ghatotkacha Temple. Continue to the Club House, where you can enjoy optional recreational activities. Later, visit the Tibetan Monastery and proceed towards Vashisht Village, famous for its natural hot springs and ancient temples. In the evening, enjoy free time at Mall Road for shopping, local food and leisure. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 / (Manali )
Manali – Solang Valley / Atal Tunnel – Manali (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed towards Solang Valley, surrounded by spectacular Himalayan peaks and scenic landscapes. Guests can enjoy optional adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing, ATV rides, horse riding and other recreational activities, subject to weather conditions and applicable local regulations. OPTIONAL ATAL TUNNEL EXCURSION Guests may opt for an excursion towards Atal Tunnel and its North Portal, subject to weather, road conditions, local regulations and availability. Atal Tunnel excursion will be at an additional cost. WINTER / SNOWFALL NOTE During snowfall, sightseeing at Solang Valley will depend on weather and road conditions. If the regular vehicle cannot reach the designated sightseeing point, sightseeing may be provided up to the available barrier point. If road conditions require a 4x4 Jeep, the same will be arranged at an additional cost. Return to Manali after sightseeing.

Kullu – Naggar – Manali (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed for an excursion towards Kullu and Naggar. En route, visit Devlok Cultural Theme Park and explore local Kullu shawl and handicraft showrooms. Guests may enjoy optional activities such as river rafting and paragliding at their own cost, subject to weather conditions and applicable regulations. Continue towards Naggar and visit the historic Naggar Castle, associated with the former Kullu royal family. Later, visit the Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery, known for its collection of paintings associated with the famous Russian artist Nicholas Roerich. En route, enjoy views of the Tripura Sundari Temple. On the return journey, you may visit a local Trout Fish Farm, subject to operational conditions. Return to Manali for dinner and overnight stay.

Manali – Shimla (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from your Manali hotel and proceed towards Shimla, popularly known as the “Queen of Hills.” The transfer from Manali to Shimla will be arranged by deluxe bus/cab on a sharing basis, as specified in the package. En route, make a short halt at Mata Vaishno Devi Temple near Kullu and enjoy scenic views of Pandoh Dam. Upon arrival in Shimla, transfer to your pre-booked hotel and complete the check-in formalities. Evening is free for leisure.

Kufri – Snow Kingdom Kufri – Shimla Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed towards Kufri, one of the most popular hill destinations near Shimla. Enjoy the beautiful Himalayan scenery and explore the surrounding landscapes. Optional activities such as horse riding, cycling, yak riding, zip-lining and other adventure activities can be enjoyed at an additional cost, subject to weather and operating conditions. Later, visit Snow Kingdom Kufri for a snow-themed experience. Return towards Shimla town and continue with local sightseeing covering Scandal Point, The Ridge, Gaiety Theatre, Heritage Museum, Lakkar Bazaar, Rani Jhansi Park and Christ Church. Spend some leisure time exploring the local markets before returning to the hotel.

Shimla – Delhi Departure (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel as per the scheduled check-out time. Proceed to the designated Volvo boarding point in Shimla and board your pre-booked Volvo coach for Delhi. Enjoy the scenic journey through the Himalayan foothills and carry home wonderful memories of your Manali and Shimla holiday.

  • Atal Tunnel, Sissu and Rohtang Pass excursions, unless specifically included.
  • Atal Tunnel excursion charges, if selected.
  • 4x4 Jeep charges during snowfall or adverse road conditions.
  • Any additional vehicle charges due to road closures, snowfall, landslides or restricted access.
  • Volvo luggage charges, if applicable.
  • Heater charges, where applicable.
  • Any meals other than those specifically mentioned under the MAP plan.
  • Any additional sightseeing or vehicle usage beyond the agreed itinerary.
  • Charges arising due to natural calamities, weather conditions, roadblocks or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any increase in taxes, transportation costs or government charges after booking.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Any other service not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions.”
  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax), unless specifically included in the quoted package price.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
