Day 1 / (New Delhi)
Delhi to Manali overnight volvo journey (1 Night)

This tour begins from Delhi. Therefore, you have to arrive in Delhi on your own basis by flight or train. On arrival in Delhi, reach the volvo bus boarding point at 04:00 pm. The volvo will depart for Manali at 04:30 pm from the volvo station Enjoy a long road journey through the plain-sailing highways, and breathtaking landscapes. Spectate the lush green views of the Himalayas, and revel in the serenity of nature during this 15 to 16 hour volvo journey.

Day 2 / (Manali )
Arrival in Manali and sightseeing tour (1 Night)

Upon your arrival in Manali you will be received by our representative at the Volvo station. He will transfer you to the hotel. Check-in to the hotel and rest for a while in your rooms. In the afternoon get ready for a half-day sightseeing tour of the hill station. This tour will begin with a visit to the Hadimba Devi Temple followed by a visit to the Vashisht Village and Temple, Vashisht Hot Water Springs, Van Vihar, Manali Market, The Mall road, and finally the Tibetan Monastery. After exploring these places, the evening is free for you to explore the Mall road, and other markets of Manali on your own. Indulge in a heart-filling shopping experience, and savor the authentic flavors of Himalayan food at one of the restaurants in the market. After a tiring day, head back to the hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Heliride Excursion (1 Night)

For those who get carsick easily and biking all the way up to one of the world’s highest pass is not your thing, the new Manali Rohtang Pass heli–taxi service will fly you over the valley to the gateway of heaven.You can enjoy the four-seater helicopter ride service which will cover distance between Manali, Rohtang Pass and beyond. The new helipads have been constructed in Vashisht Bahal, 1 km from Manali, and Marhi near Rohtang Pass. Full day Naggar tour (1 Night)

Enjoy a palatable breakfast, and get ready for a sightseeing tour of the Naggar village. During the tour, explore the major tourist attractions of the village such as Naggar Castle, shawl factory, Gauri Shankar temple, and Jagatsukh temple. After exploring the village, and its attractions, head back to the hotel for a restful stay.

Departure (1 Night)

Enjoy the final breakfast of the tour, and prepare to check-out from the hotel. Our representative will transfer you to the volvo station from where you will board your volvo to travel back to Delhi.

  • Any Extra services - Permits, Volvo Luggage Charges, Heater, Meals etc.
  • Winter 4X4 Jeep Charge Extra. In the event of snowfall causing poor or blocked road conditions, where conventional vehicles may be unable to reach the destination, it is imperative to use a 4x4 jeep for transportation. Additional charges apply for the use of a 4x4 jeep in such circumstances.
  • Anything else not listed in above details.
  • Rate Not valid for Festival and for long weekend.
  • Mandatory Gala Dinner on 31st December,24 December(Christmas) which is extra.
  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
