Delhi – Manali (1 Night)

Begin your exciting Himalayan holiday by boarding the Volvo coach from the designated Volvo boarding point in Delhi at the scheduled reporting time. Enjoy a comfortable overnight journey towards Manali as the landscape gradually changes from the plains to the scenic Himalayan foothills. Manali, surrounded by magnificent mountains, lush valleys and the Beas River, offers an ideal combination of nature, adventure and relaxation.

Day 2 / (Manali )
Arrival In Manali – Local City Sightseeing (1 Night)

Upon arrival at the Manali Volvo stop, meet our representative and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and additional charges. After check-in and freshening up, proceed for a local sightseeing tour. Visit the beautiful Hadimba Devi Temple and nearby Ghatotkacha Temple. Continue to the Club House, where guests can enjoy optional indoor recreational activities. Later, visit the Tibetan Monastery and proceed towards Vashisht Village, famous for its natural hot springs and ancient temples. In the evening, enjoy free time at Mall Road for shopping, local cuisine and leisure. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 / (Manali )
Manali – Solang Valley / Atal Tunnel – Manali (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed towards Solang Valley, one of the most popular adventure and scenic destinations near Manali. Enjoy the spectacular Himalayan scenery and participate in optional activities such as paragliding, zorbing, ATV rides, horse riding and other adventure activities, subject to weather conditions and applicable regulations.

Manali – Kullu – Manikaran – Kasol (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the Manali hotel and begin your scenic journey towards Kullu, Manikaran and Kasol. En route, visit Devlok Cultural Theme Park, Vaishno Devi Temple and local Kullu shawl and handicraft showrooms. Guests may enjoy optional adventure activities such as river rafting and paragliding at their own cost, subject to weather conditions and applicable government regulations.Continue towards Manikaran, a popular pilgrimage destination in the Parvati Valley. Visit Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara and explore the surrounding temples and natural hot springs. Guests may also experience the community Langar, subject to the Gurudwara's operating arrangements. Later, continue your journey towards Kasol, a scenic village situated along the Parvati River and surrounded by beautiful Himalayan landscapes. Upon arrival, check in to your camp/hotel and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Kasol – Delhi Departure (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the camp/hotel and enjoy some free time exploring Kasol local market and surrounding areas. Take a leisurely walk through the village, explore local cafés and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Parvati Valley. As per the scheduled departure time, proceed to the designated Kasol Volvo boarding point. Board the Volvo coach for your overnight journey to Delhi. Volvo Departure: As per confirmed schedule.

  • Pickup and drop service between the Volvo stop and hotel, wherever specified.
  • 3 nights accommodation – 2 nights in Manali and 1 night in Kasol.
  • Accommodation on double occupancy for 2 adults in base categories.
  • MAP Meal Plan: Daily breakfast and dinner as per the itinerary.

  • Meals during Volvo journeys are not included.

  • Flights, trains, ferries or any transportation not specifically mentioned under inclusions.
  • Monument, museum, park and attraction entrance fees.
  • Camera/video charges wherever applicable.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, shopping, telephone calls, room service, tips and beverages.
  • Adventure activities including river rafting, paragliding, ATV rides, horse riding, zorbing, zip-lining, etc.
  • Atal Tunnel and North Portal excursion charges.
  • Rohtang Pass and Sissu excursion charges, if applicable.
  • 4x4 Jeep charges required during snowfall or adverse road conditions.
  • Volvo luggage charges, if applicable.
  • Heater charges, wherever applicable.
  • Any meals other than those specifically mentioned under the MAP plan.
  • Any additional sightseeing or vehicle usage beyond the agreed itinerary.
  • Charges arising due to snowfall, landslides, road closures, weather conditions, natural calamities or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any additional cost arising from government regulations or local transportation restrictions.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Any other service not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions.”
  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax), unless specifically included in the quoted package price.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
