Delhi – Manali (1 Night)

Report at the designated Volvo boarding point in Delhi at the scheduled departure time and board your Volvo coach for Manali. Begin your journey towards the beautiful mountains of Himachal Pradesh. As you leave Delhi behind, the landscape gradually changes from the plains to the scenic Himalayan foothills. Enjoy the comfortable overnight journey and wake up to the refreshing mountain air of Manali.

Day 2 / (Manali )
Arrival In Manali – Local City Sightseeing (1 Night)

Upon arrival at the Manali Volvo stop, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and may involve additional charges. After check-in and some time to freshen up, proceed for local sightseeing. Begin with a visit to the revered Hadimba Devi Temple and nearby Ghatotkacha Temple. Continue to the Club House, where guests can enjoy optional indoor recreational activities. Later, visit the Tibetan Monastery, followed by Vashisht Village and its famous hot springs. You can explore the surrounding temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Rama. In the evening, enjoy free time at Mall Road for shopping, local food and leisure.

Day 3 / (Manali )
Manali – Solang Valley – Manali (1 Night)

Major Attractions: Solang Valley & Adventure Activities After breakfast, proceed towards Solang Valley, a popular destination surrounded by spectacular Himalayan landscapes. Enjoy the beautiful valley and choose from various optional adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing, ATV rides, horse riding and trail rides, subject to weather conditions and applicable government regulations. WINTER / SNOWFALL NOTE During snowfall, sightseeing at Solang Valley will be subject to weather and road conditions. If the regular vehicle cannot reach the sightseeing point, services may be provided up to the designated barrier point. A 4x4 vehicle/Jeep may be required at an additional cost, depending on road conditions. OPTIONAL EXCURSION – ATAL TUNNEL Guests may opt for an additional excursion to Atal Tunnel and its North Portal, subject to weather, road conditions, local regulations and availability. Additional charges apply. Kindly request this option at the time of booking. Return to Manali after sightseeing.

Day 4 / (Manali )
Kullu – Naggar – Manali (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed for an exciting excursion towards Kullu and Naggar. En route, visit Devlok Cultural Theme Park and explore local Kullu shawl and handicraft showrooms. Guests may also enjoy optional adventure activities such as river rafting and paragliding at their own expense, subject to weather and government regulations. Continue towards Naggar, a historic village known for its beautiful heritage and Himalayan surroundings. Visit Naggar Castle, a historic structure associated with the former Kullu royal family. Later, visit the Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery, home to a collection of paintings associated with the renowned Russian artist Nicholas Roerich. En route, admire the Tripura Sundari Temple. Return to Manali in the evening. Note: Roerich Art Gallery remains closed on Mondays. The visit will be subject to its operating schedule.

Manali – Delhi Departure (1 Night)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel as per the scheduled check-out time. Proceed by cab towards the Manali Mall Road area. Your luggage can be kept at the designated cloakroom, subject to availability and applicable terms. Enjoy some free time at Mall Road for shopping and leisure. Guests may also visit Van Vihar, subject to available time. Proceed to the Volvo boarding point as per the scheduled departure time. Collect your luggage and board the pre-booked Volvo coach for your overnight journey to Delhi.

  • 3 nights accommodation in Manali on double occupancy for 2 adults.
  • MAP meal plan: Daily breakfast and dinner at the hotel as per the itinerary.
  • Breakfast on the final day and dinner on applicable hotel nights as specified in the itinerary.

  • Any flights, trains, ferries or other transportation not specifically mentioned under inclusions.
  • Monument, museum, park and attraction entrance fees.
  • Camera/video charges wherever applicable.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, shopping, tips and beverages.
  • Adventure activities including paragliding, river rafting, ATV rides, horse riding, zorbing, zip-lining, etc.
  • Atal Tunnel excursion, if selected as an optional tour.
  • 4x4 Jeep charges required during snowfall or difficult road conditions.
  • Volvo luggage charges, if applicable.
  • Heater charges, where applicable.
  • Any meals other than those specifically mentioned under the MAP meal plan.
  • Any additional sightseeing, vehicle usage or services beyond the agreed itinerary.
  • Charges arising due to road closures, landslides, snowfall, weather conditions, natural calamities or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any additional cost arising from changes in government regulations or local transport restrictions.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Any other service not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions.”
  • 5% GST or applicable taxes, unless specifically included in the quoted package price.
Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
